"This is an outstanding property, I'm glad to say it exceeded my expectations. Paquera CR isn't the tourist mecca, IE an all inclusive. If you want to enjoy CR with a local feel and experience this is a place for you. The owners were responsive to questions and w/recommendations sheet to go. We loved CURU and the wildlife refuge, great hiking trails, great beach.."

"This was an awesome property. I went with my spouse and adult children(17-22) and their friends. Total of 8 people. The house was very clean and open. The pool was exceptional. "Everything was dirty in the property, from the shower curtain full of black mold to coffee maker and fans. Streets are full of garbage outside, smell of sewages and garbage is everywhere. In the shower we found worms and spiders. They even did not have the cutesy of cleaning the dishes, we had to re-wash everything before use. It was horrible. We decided to leave for a hotel the last 5 days of our trip."

"This house served us well as a base for our adventures around Paquera. We visited Curu, beaches, and bioluminescent kayaking during our stay. We were able to make meals and spend some time at the house in the AC. We saw the macaws and oranged chinned parakeets from the yard. This place is nothing fancy but it was perfect for us. "
