"The whole experience was wonderful. The chalet is lovely and cosy and has everything you need, but it's the grounds that really make this place special. We were only there for one night, but spent most of 2 days there seeing the animals, taking the rowing boat out on the pond, playing tennis, trampoline, walking around the grounds, so beautiful and idyllic. Our 8 year old absolutely loved it. Super friendly staff too. We will definitely be back."

"Lovely property in a fabulous location. Sat watching the waves from the balcony for so long! Great hosts with lots of communication and recommendations before the stay and the little helpful notes throughout the house. Brilliant for large families with plenty of space and amenities. Would definitely recommend and stay again. "

"Lovely tiny home. We got there and checked in straight away. The host was very nice and answered all questions about the place, it is small however the place was immaculately clean and tidy. We were a 10 minute walk from southwick beach and a 5 minute walk to the train station to get to Brighton or where-ever you want to go. "The property is in an amazing location right on the beach with a small supermarket and a cafe within walking distance. The Lion pub about a mile away is excellent. The only negative comment I would make is that the front garden needs a bit of maintenance and finishing off in some areas. Everything else, perfect. "

"We wanted to stay close to Goodwood for the revival festival. We found this great place to stay. A really nice living room with a kitchen area , a shower room and a cosy bedroon. We even had a small courtyard to use exclusively. Highly recommend "

"My friend and I enjoyed a mini break in this very clean and comfortable apartment. Being so close to the centre of East Wittering was indeed a bonus. There are certainly loads of places to visit, for all age groups, in the vicinity. There are certainly no shortage of eateries close by. All the reviews in the Guest Book are very positive."

"We had a great break as were very lucky to get the really excellent weather mid September. The house was just the job, comfortable furniture, well appointed kitchen. Great location near the sea. House is on quiet estate, not that far to walk down to the shops etc on the Street. Coffee stand 5 minutes away. "

"Delightful setting - with country and canalside walks from the doorstep. Welcoming host family live next door and there's plenty of private parking on the shared driveway. Comfortable large bed, bright and clean bedroom upstairs with bathroom next to kitchen area downstairs. Lovely to step straight out of front door at dusk to comfy seats overlooking their beautiful garden at sunset."

"Really impressed with location of property (we attended Goodwood Festival of Speed). Instructions provided were easy to follow and were correct. House was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. The kids played for hours with the provided toys and the welcome basket was a lovely touch. The beds were really comfortable and perfect after a long day walking. This will be our first port of call the next time we are in the area and we could have easily stayed longer."

"It had virturally everything we needed for making meals in the evening, including a full size refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, oven etc. It also had a combination washer/dryer which was much appreciated by us. There was enough room for all 5 of us to eat with a little rearranging of the kitchen area. The beds were very comfy. The bathroom upstairs is in the master bedroom area, not between the two bedrooms but we manage that as there is another bathroom downstairs. "

"O atendimento é muito solícito. Os funcionários são muito gentis. Meu quarto tinha um odor desagradável vindo do carpete e solicitei a troca do quarto que foi concedida, mas o quarto continuou com o cheiro! Acabei desistindo de solicitar outra troca. Cheiro de carpete é horrível para alérgicos como meu marido. Outra coisa que achei estranha foi não pedirem nossos passaportes no momento do check in. Não sei se foi porque chegamos tarde, mas achei muito inseguro por parte do hotel…"
