"Our parents love Wells Beach. We grew up vacationing here for many summers. The house was perfect! We spent most of our time in the spacious living area upstairs! The decor was inviting with plenty of room for all to gather. We enjoyed the propane fireplace and the large dining table. What we didn’t expect was all the ocean views from many rooms in the house! "This house truly is a special little gem. We traveled here during the winter months and were so thankful for the little winter escape. "It was good, loved the hot tub availability. Would be nice if it was open later than 1000. Room was comfortable and clean. The hot water availability is not so great, At the end of my shower, the water was no longer hot. I do not take a long shower-5 min max, there was no hot water when my husband showered. This was at 830 in the am. Toilet also had trouble flushing toilet paper-5 flushes to get it to go down. Rm 221"
