"Location is absolutely beautiful. Great setting for family photos. Loads of activities and games. Awesome kids bunk room and giant screen TV. We did max out the property occupancy limit, which made the “pass thru” bedroom to bunk room a bit of a privacy issue, but it worked out ok. Over all we’d definitely do it again. Thanks."

"As soon as you walk in the door you feel welcomed. The setup is perfect for large families with children. There's plenty of space to spread out and have quiet time if you needed it. You honestly don't need to bring any supplies for cooking or sleeping because they provide plenty of that. "Got in late on Friday night the house was nicely lit up. The morning view was truly breathtaking. The pictures on the listings showed what we saw but in person was perfect house was very cozy and warm when getting in. The whole point of our trip was to get away from the hustle of the city..was a perfect get away!! "

"It was a nice cabin, clean when we got there and it had a musky smell that everyone In the reviews had stated. There was hardly anything to clean up the property to make sure it was up to standards before we left. Instructions for cleaning were not listed. Had to figure it out yourself. The property is beautiful and heavily wooded Property had logs for fire The mattress in the 2nd bedroom was very uncomfortable it didnt have a box spring Under and made my back hurt. No clear instructions...

We had 3 families staying to enjoy some trout fishing at Roaring River and to celebrate my son's 8th birthday. The kids loved exploring the yard and making s'mores in the fire pit.
