The Villa consists of 4 double bedrooms, one master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two rooms with double beds, and the fourth bedroom has two sets of bunk-beds. The twin room has a private bathroom and there is a family bathroom also.
A home automation system has been installed, this offers the possibility of moderating the lights, the blinds for the windows, as well as controlling the temperature. LED appliances that respond to movement allow you to use the bathrooms at night without having to look for switches. The heating and cooling system is a ducted air-conditioning system integrated in the ceiling. The open-plan lounge/dining has smart TV and WI-FI. The kitchen is finished in high gloss white with a lot of storage room and a bar area that is fininshed in Quartz. There is an integrated fume extractor, an integrated sink, a hob for induction cooking as well as a dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge-freezer.

El Campello offers a more extensive range of shops, restaurants, bars etc. and this is only 15 minutes by car. Campello, as it is known locally, is a picturesque marina town with a promenade running beside the family-friendly, safe, sandy beaches.

Busot is a peaceful little village dating back centuries. It is famous for its caves (caves of Canalobre), it's 12th Century Moorish castle and its beautiful mountains known as the Golden Hills. Busot offers you breathtaking views, taking in the town of El Campello, San Juan and as far as the city of Alicante which looks fantastic in the evening lights. If golf is your past time then why not take advantage of the 18 hole course at Bonalba which is a 5 minute drive away. Due to its close location to the airport, Busot is becoming a much sought after area. It also has a sister village, known as Aigues, which is also becoming very popular with British expats and Europeans alike.
