"Wonderful clean property. Looks exactly like the photo. It could benefit from motion triggered lighting for the side path to the apartment. Would like to have instructions for Coffee maker. Location is on the cusp of a not so safe neighborhood. 15 min walk to very good restaurants and then a further 15 min walk to the MAG (memorial art museum). Safety is less an issue if you have a car. "House is great, plenty of space. We had 7 guys stay there for a reunion trip and everyone had their own room, and we could have fit one more easily. We stayed in late September and unfortunately the pool was closed so we did not get to enjoy, but the hot tub was still open and was great. Only downside to the house is the kitchen. "We were in Rochester for three nights and opted for this apartment for its central location and historic neighborhood. So glad that we did. The apartment was perfect in every way. Tastefully decorated, comfortable furniture, very comfortable bed, and absolutely everything one might need in a kitchen. There were little touches that made us feel welcome, such a cozy bathrobes and fresh flowers. Communications with the owner was easy. I highly recommend this apartment!"
