"The staffing, location and rooms were really great many things to do and MRT was located underneath the hotel. The hotel is under construction at this time which was a little distraction and also our first night our room had bugs. The staff was very receptive to our situation and moved us to another room right away. All and all I would stay there again, location was amazing.. "

"宿が可愛いく、スタッフさんがとても親切でした。2階にはフリードリンクやお菓子があり、小腹が空いた時に助かりました。チェックインの日の朝に着いたので荷物を預けたところ、先に部屋に入れておいてくれました。ポストカードが送れたり、近くのカフェのクーポンがあったり、サービスが良かったです。ただ、トイレにペーパーが流せない点が残念でした。"

"The hotel stuff and services are very nice and friendly. The room AC has heating function that was very good for the cold days! The room furniture appeared simple and cheap. The shower door can't seal the water from leaking out. The location is perfect for stepping into the Ximen shopping areas and bus/train stations."

"西門駅の5番出口からすぐです。大通り挟んですぐに西門の繁華街で反対方向は総督府なんかもあるエリアで街ブラの拠点として最高。お部屋もカワイイカラーリングの絨毯張りで、カジュアルにのびのび過ごせました。朝食のブュッフェも満足です。毎回ここでいいかな、と思いました。"

"The stay was great especially its location is tugged right in the heart of Ximending. The housekeeping staff has make the room clean and neat as well! But I have a suggestion for the management, to place a bottle of hand soap in the toilet as well, this is basic amenities. As the bathroom sink and the toilet sink are in two separate rooms, it only makes sense that both sinks have their individual bottled hand soap. I had tried to request for an extra one but was refused."
