"I booked this property as there was supposed to be a couple more of us. It ended up being my 3 adult sons and 2 year old granddaughter. The house was lovely and we all had room to have down time too. The property had everything you needed and more especially in the kitchen. Check in was easy and the welcome basket was a lovely touch. The views are amazing, even our Welsh friends loved them. needed and more"

"Searched relentlessly to try and find a property that ticked all the boxes for us. This was it! Great location; surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars and pubs. Stunning view over the harbour in a lovely, spacious apartment. So let’s cover the stairs….yes, lots of them but, you can’t complain if you’ve read all the reviews. "This tiny house is a very nice place to stay (please note: It’s in the back row!) and it’s very close to the beach! We were 8 people - 5 adults, 3 children all under 6 - and had enough space. However I think there is no chance to have 8 adults sitting at the table! The general cleanliness was good - but I think the housekeeper should work more conscientiously. There was dust bunnies under the beds that appeared when you walked close by. All in all it was worth the money!"

"Lovely, cosy welcoming cottage. So clean and well equipped - even things you don’t even know you’ll need are provided - all very well thought out. Fabulous location - you can easily drive places and there’s a nice walk down to the beach and local pub. We have stayed at Colby Cottage three times now and I would recommend it to anyone. "

"Pouring down when we arrived but warm and welcoming inside. Tastefully decorated and well equipped but no shops in the village so take essentials with you. "Feiendly staff especially at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. Room had been refurbished since our last visit but rest of hotel is showing it's age. Focus needed on tidiness of outside areas. There was an empty beer can on the grass that remained there for the 4 days (3 nights) of our stay."
