"Overall the property is very nice, but we did have some hiccups. The upstairs gets VERY hot during the summer months due to the house only having 1 hvac unit. Undersized for this size house. The directv did not work the last day we were there. All the fire alarms sirens went off at 6:30am the last morning we were there and then again at 7am. "

"This was a perfect spot for our family of 5 and our dog! Our children enjoyed sp ending time swimming, fishing and kayaking while also having some of their usual creature comforts like WiFi. Mom and Dad were able to relax and enjoy spending quality family time. The backyard was fenced in which was great for our dog as well. The amenities included all the comforts of home. "

"House was pretty good overall. Beware of the water source. The well water is extremely salty and not drinkable. we lost a day of being able to use the pool and all of the shower and sink water is well water which was not described in the bio. The host got the pool cleaner to the house and had the pool ready to use within 8 hours of arriving which we appreciated. Other than that the house was great. "

"We came for the Texas football game and this house was exactly what we were looking for! Huge beautiful house. The backyard was as great as it looked. We even used the movie theater and popcorn machine which were both great! Ann was a great host, very responsive and I’ve never stayed at a place that came as well stocked as this house was, from towels to alcohol to paper products it was ready to go the minute we arrived. "

"We happened to be there during a pretty quiet period so it was incredibly peaceful to spend the mornings and evenings on the patio overlooking the water. The unit is just like the pictures. We didn’t spend much time walking around the resort but it looked like a great area to walk around. "

"Honestly the pictures DO NOT do this property justice! We went for my bachelorette trip and did it staycation style and enjoyed the pool and went to the lake. My friends and I were not ready to leave. I enjoyed drinking coffee and watching the deer walk right up to the door. We had such a blast and I will be returning. Lake Travis is beautiful but the home just made it perfect. "
