"We enjoyed the properties proximity to walkable church street. The home was super clean and the furnishings were perfect. I loved the concrete floors on the first level and the unique light fixtures in each room. Perfect for 2 adults working away from home. "

"We are so happy with our stay in the tiny house. It's a close drive to the island bike trail and Burlington. The house appears to be brand new. It has all the amenities of home with a few bonuses like the hot tub and sauna. We also liked that it's a short walk to the access the lake where you can easily take a dip! "

"We stayed two nights so our daughter could tour the University of Vermont. The property is unit 4 of a multifamily, but we didn't see or hear anyone else - other than cars in the driveway. Parking is a little tight if you have more than 2 cars, but we didnt have an issue. Don't judge the exterior too harshly if you look at google maps, the interior is well kept and recently renovated. The property is in an older part of Burlington, lots of college rentals and quite a melting pot. Lots of...

"Nice quiet neighborhood, very convenient. Clean, simple, peaceful escape from all the busyness of the city. The kitchen had an eclectic collection of tools and dishes, everything I was looking for, even salt and pepper! The shower was amazing!! The driveway was a little challenging, it wouldn’t be the best for a very large vehicle. The host sent pictures, so it was easy to find!! "

"Comfortable, clean and great location to visit family and friends in Essex Junction. We love the close proximity of restaurants and coffee shops. "

"Stayed for a lacrosse tourney in the area with family of 6 and pets. Plenty of room for everyone! Place was clean, as described and worked perfect for us. Big yard to walk the dog around and quiet neighborhood to go on longer walks. Central location to stores within 5 miles, park & tennis courts down the street. House was well equipped to make dinners and great table to seat everyone. Would recommend and would stay here again."

"House was perfect! Had everything we needed and more. 10min walk to downtown was just enough to not be right in with the crowds. Made friends with the neighbor who had a cute dog! Will definitely book with Stephanie again! :)"

"The place was super cute. They had shampoo, soap, coffee, laundry soap, washing machine and dryer, and other amenities available to us. Parking in the back. Very close to downtown Burlington and Lake Champlain. We walked everywhere. Keyless entry made it very easy to have 4 people have access ask the time. I highly recommend and would go stay in this place again! "

" We payed a small fortune to stay 2 days in this hotel in November. The check in is at 4pm and the check out is at 11am. There were no breakfast included. There is a 35$ fee per day for valet parking. Otherwise you have to self-park in a place very far away from your room. For me it was like 10 minutes walking. The structure of the resort is huge. But the only difference for us in that matter was that we had to walk like half a mile to arrive at our room, because everything was closed during the off season. We were aware that it was off season. But still there was absolutely nothing to do in the hotel. No activities whatsoever were offered by the resort included in the almost 400 dollar price you pay per night. It was my birthday during our stay. I told the attendant the moment we checked in hoping to get something special but nothing was arranged. There is a 45$ dollar fee per day for the amenities and activities supposedly offered by the hotel. When checking out we told the attendant we thought we shouldn’t pay this fee while we weren’t able to enjoy the resort facilities at all. She told us this fee was charged for the the availability of the pool, the gym and for complimentary coffee, among other things that were out of order. So we still had to pay this extra 95$ with taxes for absolutely nothing. It was probably the most frustrating situation I ever passed regarding a hotel. Especially considering the very expensive price we payed. "
