"we travel frequently to Burlington to visit our college student and try to stay in different rentals. Errins place is wonderful, location can't be beat for downtown Burlington access and is only a few blocks from Champlain College. VERY WALKABLE! Having a designated parking spot behind the house is super convenient. The 2 bedroom apartment is clean, well appointed and has good space. Highly recommend. "

"This is a beautifully well appointed spot. Off street parking. Charming private and quiet spot. Amazing cooking kitchen. Nice instructions and clear communication. Comfy bed. "Perfect spot for a family reunion! We were all adults (ages 27-72) and enjoyed cooking and eating together, exploring Vermont, walking to Church street, and then cozying up in PJs together at home to watch a movie in the evening! One of the cleanest places we've ever stayed at!"

"There are a lot of good things about our stay. We loved being able to walk through Stowe at all hours. We loved the convenience of having a market right next door. And I was able to get a haircut right downstairs. The rec path was close and delightful to walk on. But we had no hot water--none--for the entire stay. Before arriving we were told the hot water heater needed a part that wouldn't be available for 3 days. We were even offered another rental to use instead, but it wasn't right downtown...

"Loved our stay at the well-decorated Goldilocks cabin! A mile or 2 outside Stowe, a good location for taking in the scenery and town. Had everything we needed at the cabin; loved the attention to detail. "

"This is a spacious house in a beautiful location right on the shore of Lake Champlain. There is limited access right behind the house where we were able to take pictures of the comet and gorgeous sunsets. There are many books to be read and a variety to choose from. We weren’t able to use the fireplaces for some reason. But after reading the House Instructions, we saw they weren’t available. Definitely read those few pages because they contain many instructions for trash dispersal (composting,...

"Place was clean. Had a small musty wet smell but to be expected in a basement apartment. Needed a couple more towels for a weekend stay for 2 should have atleast 4 towels. Other than that it was good overall! Reasonable prices! "

"This property was amazing. Dining room window over looked the woods which was gorgeous. It was tucked away in the woods but was close to everything. Will def stay there again."

"The unit is just as pictured. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable as was the furniture. There is a unit above and we could hear people walking around but a fan or sound machine will help with sleeping. Location was good right between Mount Mansfield and Stowe’s main street. "

We couldn't figure out how to get the tv to cable or to hook up the DVD player so we could use it. We didn't put the trash out to be collected because we didn't know when they were coming. We went to the beach that we think we were allowed at but we didn't know because there was no information about it."

Absurdly expensive considering what is offered

" We payed a small fortune to stay 2 days in this hotel in November. The check in is at 4pm and the check out is at 11am. There were no breakfast included. There is a 35$ fee per day for valet parking. Otherwise you have to self-park in a place very far away from your room. For me it was like 10 minutes walking. The structure of the resort is huge. But the only difference for us in that matter was that we had to walk like half a mile to arrive at our room, because everything was closed during the off season. We were aware that it was off season. But still there was absolutely nothing to do in the hotel. No activities whatsoever were offered by the resort included in the almost 400 dollar price you pay per night. It was my birthday during our stay. I told the attendant the moment we checked in hoping to get something special but nothing was arranged. There is a 45$ dollar fee per day for the amenities and activities supposedly offered by the hotel. When checking out we told the attendant we thought we shouldn’t pay this fee while we weren’t able to enjoy the resort facilities at all. She told us this fee was charged for the the availability of the pool, the gym and for complimentary coffee, among other things that were out of order. So we still had to pay this extra 95$ with taxes for absolutely nothing. It was probably the most frustrating situation I ever passed regarding a hotel. Especially considering the very expensive price we payed. "
