"We had a wonderful weekend as a group of 8 friends. Plenty of space and well equipped for our group. We enjoying long walks along the coast and even managed a dip in the sea in January! The house was peaceful with a relaxed chilled-out vibe and the open fire was an added bonus on a cold evening. Communication with Kevin the owner was excellent and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house."

"Delightful setting - with country and canalside walks from the doorstep. Welcoming host family live next door and there's plenty of private parking on the shared driveway. Comfortable large bed, bright and clean bedroom upstairs with bathroom next to kitchen area downstairs. "Stayed for afew days for a wedding, our stay also included New Years eve. The cottage was perfect for the 4 of us with more space than we were expecting. We had a great time playing games and sitting round the log fire talking. The wi-fi was also good which was great for streaming movies etc. The weather was a bit wild when we were there so we didnt get the most from the walks that are on the door step. Good communication from Susie throughout our stay. Would certainly stay again. "

"The room was very dark, so not the best for getting ready to go out. Everything else was good. Shower is great, bed very comfortable. Breakfast was nice. They did run out of plates quite often and I had to hold up the queue for a bit while waiting for a plate. The coffee was ridiculous, my husband likes strong coffee but honestly it was like gravy, he had to put a whole milk jug in and it still wasn't really drinkable. No idea what went wrong there! A pleasant stay though. "
