"The instructions were perfect!! The view was amazing!! The place was clean and well stocked so if you forgot something, it’s probably there. Whoever this property is really cares about your stay. "Stayed at this location for Centre College Homecoming. Conveniently located in walking distance to campus and downtown. Tons of parking and very cute apartment. Good space to all hang out together in the large living room. Bed was very comfortable, but the futons were a bit stiff to sleep on. Would stay again for a future Danville event! "

"We loved our time at this Kentucky Riverside Retreat! Space was comfortable and spaceous, clean, and well maintained. Just an FYI for others, the dock is about 5 feet above the water surface. It did not make it easy to launch kayaks as there was not flat ground. Not sure if the water level was lower than normal, but you may want to bring a ladder or some mechanism to get into the water. Thanks for the great stay!"

"The amenities such as game room, hot tub and pool were a pleasant addition not found at most properties. Easy access to multiple attractions including Keeneland and golf. Location was quiet and secluded. Recommended."

"Nicole and TJ are amazing and super friendly! Their property is so clean and the barndominiun has everything you could ask for and things you didn’t even think of! The hot tub was perfect and the quietness of the country felt so good - way better than any hotel! Karl was the friendliest dog and the horses were great to see! Definitely would recommend staying here and we plan to come back again!"

"We were in town for a family wedding and some vacation. Great location to the Castle (wedding), Keeneland, KY horse park, downtown, pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. Nice quiet neighborhood with good services nearby (grocery, restaurants). House was very comfortable for 4 adults. Great to have WiFi, movie channels, laundry, a backyard to relax in . . . . House could use a little TLC, but we had a lovely stay and felt very comfortable. Communication with owner was terrific. ...

"We came for a wedding nearby and to celebrate my mother's Birthday. This property was excellent, great location with wonderful shops all within walking distance. The charm of the home was what made this a great stay. Perryville is a quaint community filled with wonderful people that is well worth a visit. No other property could offer the experience that we had. "

"Paradise Key is beautifully decorated and spacious with fabulous view of the lake from multiple decks! Usually the rooms will look bigger in the pictures, but not here, I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious the rooms were. Plenty of room for the 6 of us, my sibs and spouses and our gear. "We loved our stay! Lots of space and comfort for our large group and more than enough entertainment for kids, adults and pups alike. Over 4th of July there were views of nearby fireworks off the front porch. The sunset off the back porch over the rolling hills was also exceptional. Kyle was quick to respond with any questions before and during our stay. The nearby Wilderness Trails distillery is also worth visit!"
