"The property is very clean and well kept. You are given towels and you have full use of the kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. I'd like to recommend this to the owners of the property: Put a towel in the kitchen. You have to call them so they can give you a code to the key, it'd be so much convenient to maybe add a whatsapp option or even email as not everybody has a UK phone number and not everybody can communicate in English. "

"We had the best experience from start to finish staying in this lovely cottage. The accommodation literally had everything we needed and more. Games for the kiddies, wood for the log burner, lots of lovely toiletries, a packed welcome pack full of goodies and much more. The lovely owner could not have been nicer; nothing was too much trouble. We really didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back again and we can’t wait."

"Amazing little cottage. Very well equipped, spotlessly clean, comfy and a great location for exploring the Norfolk coast. Parking was the only minor downside as had to park jn 3 different spots during our stay but dont let that put you off, still well worth it. Word of warning to tall people - I'm 6ft 1" mind your head on the low doorframes, lol. Thanks to Anna and John for being splenid hosts. Alan, Paula and Max the dog."

"Had a lovely relaxing break with my partner and another couple. We stayed Friday-Sunday. Lodge was beautiful and clean. Hot tub was excellent and got cleaned whilst we were there. Excellent communication with the owner. Would definitely recommend a stay here. "

"Jasmine cottage has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay away from home. I went with my daughters, and a small dog, to explore the area and do plenty of walking. November is a great time to go. The beaches are mostly empty. Bird life is amazing. There are lots of trails as well as the Norfolk coastal path. I am vegan and one daughter is veggie. "Great place. Plenty of room. Clean and tidy. Great for children plenty of toys and play area outside. Great location to go to the beach. We cycled to Mablethorpe and blessed with fantastic weather. The pub in the village had nice good but the manager didn’t like visitors or as he termed them tourists and didn’t make us feel welcome but his loss as we still had a good time at other locations. "

"Went with my family to stay at this house as part of my birthday celebrations. The house was easy to find, access to property and security was really good. The house was very lovely, plenty of space and room for us. If we had any questions, the host was quick to respond and help with anything we needed. Host was also very flexible. We were also given a lovely welcome basket of treats (we took to the beach) and drinks to enjoy. Really happy with our stay and customer service."
