Se tivesse que fazer apenas uma observação, é em relação a pressão do chuveiro, muito fraca e demora a esquentar, principalmente numa cidade que no inverno bate temperaturas negativas. "Extraordinary view, great breakfast and friendly staff. Convenient and walkable to many downtown locations. The only down side is that housekeeping never came to clean my room or at least empty waste bins during my stay. Other than that it was a great experience. "

"Ryan at the front Desk was great. He upgraded us to the 23rd floor room. The only thing that did not happen was the turn down service but I think this was an oversight. No big deal. Overall this hotel is great and location is excellent. Very clean and upscale hotel. I loved it."

"Very near to the David Lawrence Convention center, allow anyone that is going for conferences to get there by foot. Hotel have a bit of a "dark" theme (noticed on room lights and key cards for the room). Besides that bed is very comfortable, and the lobby often have a lot of people drinking and interacting (think there was a wedding going on during my stay)."

"I was told that there was no parking available. The staff did go out of their way to help me with the parking situation. When we arrived at the restaurant the host informed us that the kitchen would probably close in 15 minutes if we wanted to go somewhere else. The restaurant and bar were packed at the time. "
