"Was a last kinute new years eve stay over in Brighton, and we couldnt have been happier. Central location with access to the lanes, Pavillion, mall, and pier within a few minutes walk. Parking in Brighton is never enjoyable, so we parked uo outside of the city and travelled in by bus. The hotel benefitted from a small outdoor space, an effective kitchen/dining area for two people, decent shower, and a comfortable bed. "

"Was a lovely stay, great set up and location, perfect for lots of shopping and good food, the only downside was that the shower was not very hot at all, after a long day in the cold a hot shower was something we really needed, so we did spend most of our stay freezing unfortunately, bed was very comfy and was fabulous that you could connect your own Netflix to the TV, thank you for a nice weekend away :)"

The shower and toilet were very dirty and the sofa had all the seat cushion zips broken and the stuffing hanging out. "A great property in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the Downs hillside. I enjoyed watching all of the birds playing outside the livingroom window in the mornings and evenings.
