"Couldn't get any communication from Will, found key in the letterbox but we could not stay there, absolutely disgusting condition, clothes everywhere, mold growing in pots, toothbrushes, used unwashed linen, beds unmade, basically crap everywhere. We could not stay one night in this property, had to book a motel elsewhere. "

"This property needs a lot of maintenance. The carpets were terrible, all worn and bubbling, it felt like there was no underlay underneath the carpet. There was paint peeling from the walls and the whole place needs a good clean and repainting. The unit next door had nice floor boards and was much nicer. The soap dispensers in the showers are tacky. The kitchen was dirty, the cupboards needed wiping and the glass ware dirty. There was only one wine glass in the cupboard. The only good thing...

"We had a lovely stay at Zankersfarm. We got to see chickens, pigs, cows, pick garlic flowers, and learn a little bit about sustainable farming from our amazing host Tracy. She’s so passionate about what she does and we’ve had a lovely time chatting with her. We also got to meet a Jack Russel named Jack who tried sneaking into the tiny house a couple of times. It was definitely the highlight of our stay. He’s such a funny dog. They also have a shop where you can purchase organic meat, garlic,...

"Overall the house was satisfying. Only the price was a bit expensive. It was stated maximum of 12 person sleeps. We have paid the house base on what have been stated online. When i declare that we will be 11+1 infant, there were additional $800++ extra to pay. I have contacted the host & he said the price is based on how many people were staying. So im a bit confused as it was stated for 12person stay. I thought that the price was based on per house per stay but it based on per person per stay."

"A clean and well-presented stay. The bedroom configuration is a bit deceptive, with a bedroom in what amounts to a large hallway, rather than a 'den'. The seating and dining area was also a little small for four guests. "

"It was quiet peaceful and felt secure. An easy place to be with lots of room to move around. There is nothing bad l can say about our stay .but you can sleep at a place with no noise at night you would hear apin drop.great restful escape. "

"Sibling and their partners having a catchup which can suit everyone’s individual needs. "

"Our kids were playing a tennis tournament at Shepparton Lawn Tennis Club and the location of the apartment was therefore ideal. Having three toilets and two showers was also very convenient given we had three tennis players (including two teenagers) travelling with us. We would have loved to have a little more cookware to prepare our own meals but the accommodation was otherwise tidy, neat and as described in the ad."

"Our booking for this property was made in February 2024, on the morning of our check in after attempting to find out where to collect our key, we were notified that this property was double booked. We had soccer competitions this weekend and everything Shepparton was booked out. No notification in advance, no email and no call. Absolutely terrible!"

"Much better than staying in a small motel room. Host is very easy to talk to and replies very quickly Cleanest place i have stayed in a long time (like a brand new house) Loved that my car was secure in the garage overnight instead of being on the street Would highly recommend"

"What a lovely one stop holiday location. It really did have everything we needed. Great family holiday venue. Numerkah is a great country town with lots of charm."

"This motel is the best motel my wife and i have ever stayed in, everything was just perfect. Staff very pleasant even when we asked if it was possible to have a ground floor owing to my wife's disability. Not only did they accommodate us with a ground floor unit, they up graded us to a Grand suite at no extra expense. This has been our second stay and will definitely stay again the next time we visit Shepparton."
