On the threshold to Plumtree Cove, a branch of Lake Anna lies this enchanting lake house, perfect for a group or family to enjoy a lakefront getaway. Play all day on the shores by taking out one of the kayaks or the paddleboard, with provided life vests in the screened-in boathouse! Observe the serene water from the relaxing wrap-around deck and truly feel at peace. Entertain your group with various yard games like horseshoes, badminton, and volleyball, while someone cooks on the barbecue grill. Drive into town to discover local and cultural gems like eateries, arts, entertainment, and family-friendly attractions.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a beautifully bright interior simply flooded with natural light, a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Gather around in the sophisticated living area covered in plush furniture to cozy up to the fireplace, or take in a movie on the large TV above the mantle. Prepare grand meals and lake picnic snacks in the gorgeous kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a floating island breakfast bar, and an adorable coffee and tea bar. The large, formal dining table with 180-degree views of the woods and lake is the ideal space to create memories over a home-cooked meal. With eight beds, there's more than enough space for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's activities. A lovely living area upstairs has access to a sun deck, where you can sip your morning coffee and marvel at the gorgeous green nature that surrounds you. Make memories that'll last a lifetime when you visit Swan Lake!

The home is located on the private side. If a community launch is not available, guests will have to launch from the nearest marina on the public side.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 7 vehicles.

Dock details: Private boathouse and dock. No use of boat lift or personal water craft on site please.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
