Welcome to our family-friendly Lake House! This inviting, one-story home is centrally located on the warm side of Lake Anna, offering lake access (not lakefront) with spacious rooms and plenty of natural light.

The house features WiFi throughout and TVs ready for your streaming accounts. Please be mindful that the property is on a septic system, so avoid flushing non-biodegradable items.

Outdoor amenities include a large deck overlooking a fire pit, cornhole boards, a screened porch, and space for your boat either in the driveway or at our designated slip. The picnic area and boat ramp are a short five-minute walk away. Kid-friendly amenities such as dishes, toys, board games, and books are also available.

Bedrooms:
- Master bedroom: King bed, dresser, TV, and luggage rack, located on the opposite side of the other bedrooms.
- Second bedroom: King bed, large closet, and luggage rack.
- Third bedroom: Queen bed, large closet, and luggage rack.
- Fourth bedroom: Two twin beds, large closet, and luggage rack.

All bedrooms have nightstands with outlets and lamps.

Guests have full access to the property, including the picnic area, boat slip, and boat ramp. We are a five-minute walk from the lake, with a private boat slip and ramp.

For questions, feel free to message us via the VRBO platform. Please reserve late-night inquiries for urgent matters. We do not live on the property, so you will have the home to yourself.

Local conveniences are just 10 minutes away, including Food Lion, Subway, and more. Nearby attractions include The Cove, Lake Anna Brewery, and Lake Anna State Park, which features hiking trails and a beach area.

The property accommodates up to four cars and a boat. It is located off a private road, offering a secluded setting. Please note there are two security cameras: one at the doorbell and another facing the backyard. Tampering with these is prohibited.

We allow one pet per booking. Guests use the boat slip, boat ramp, and fire pit at their own risk, as no lifeguard is on duty.

Please note that Lake Anna has limited delivery options and ride-share services.

The layout includes a living room, dining room, kitchen with a large pantry, master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a hallway leading to three more bedrooms, a second bathroom, laundry room, and an entertainment room. The entertainment room features a shuffleboard, TV, kitchenette, and seating area.
