The hub of the house is a gorgeous, open-plan living space which is comfortably furnished with three sofas, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV and a large dining table. This room also enjoys an open fireplace. The separate eat-in kitchen opens directly out to the loggia through large glass doors and is furnished with a dining table. The kitchen is fitted with; a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

The property is located in the charming town of Buguggiate a 5-minute drive from the shores of Lake Varese and a 13-minute drive from the city of Varese. Here guests can enjoy cultural landmarks including the beautiful Villa Panza, which houses an impressive collection of contemporary art.
Guests will also find the 18th century Villa Cagnola in Gazzada a 6-minute drive away, another cultural gem with a vast collection of artworks. Another popular excursion and the starting point for cycling and hiking trails around the lake is the vibrant town Gavirate (a 17-minute drive) with its bustling market, cafes and restaurants.
