"This property accommodated our family's needs perfectly. My husband and I were accompanied by 2 adult children and 2 grandchildren. Your home provided beds and space for all. The location was very convenient to our destination-Lake Lanier's Margaritavelle/Snow Island as a treat for our grandchildren for Winter Break. There were many convenient restaurants nearby. The property was quiet and had great laundry facilities. Thanks so much for your hospitality!"

"We had a wonderful time at the lake house! Geri was great and made sure we had everything we needed. The dock was amazing with the kayaks and canoe. The teens enjoyed fishing and we rented a boat for some extra fun on the lake. Great house for multiple families!"

"Em minha reserva solicitei cama extra q não foi colocada, um de meus filhos teve q dormir no sofá cama, super desconfortável. As camareiras só arrumavam os banheiros, mas não deixavam toalhas suficientes, todos os dias tive q solicitar mais toalhas de banho. Em 2 dias nem as camas arrumaram. Localização ruim, sem carro nada se faz. Café da manhã ruim poucas opções e local super apertado apenas 3 mesas e uma bancada."

"Had the best Thanksgiving ever with my family! We will definitely be coming back this summer. "

"The property was very clean and accommodated our families. We were in town for a soccer showcase tournament and really were there to put our heads to bed. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. Location-wise, this was perfect and only 20 minutes to the fields we were playing on. Whoever rented previously left dishes in the washer and never ran it, so they were disgusting, but not a reflection of the owner. Sometimes people just forget to press wash. The railing on the back deck is quite loose...

"The VRBO owner is welcoming and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Lots of stocked snacks, drinks, and a great variety of Keurig coffee flavors. The cottage is just the right size for two. Nice bathroom, kitchen and comfortable bed. The location at the lake is scenic and Gainesville and Dahlonega are not far away. "

"We stayed here with multiple family units for a family reunion, and really enjoyed all being able to stay in one place! One of the bedrooms is a "cut through" between two parts of the house, but that was workable. The owner was helpful in giving us more info about the rooms before we got there. Having 2 kitchens (and refrigerators) was very helpful!"

"22 members of our family spent the Thanksgiving weekend at Timber Estate and it was almost as if this house was built for us. There were several areas throughout for congregating and relaxing; the sofas and chairs were beyond comfortable. There were plenty of bedrooms and bunkrooms, each with its own private bath; perfect when we each needed a break from our crowd. "Tired property in need of refurbishment and a deep clean, especially carpeting. There were only 9 forks in the whole house! Ample space for the 11 of us! Hot tub was great once the handyman got it going! Perfect location, beautiful views!"
