"It was a perfect location for the wedding we went to at the Evergreen Lakehouse. Everything was perfectly clean all the little touches that one would need for “a stayaway from home.” Linda and Myron were awesome. Linda had prepared fresh muffins for us and I think Scandinavian scones for our morning coffee. Perfect for our two nights stay even longer would be great. Thank you, Linda and Myron so much for your hospitality and attention to details"

"The property is remote and beautiful. Plenty big for my large family. It's a beautiful home with a ton of amenities that we thoroughly enjoyed. Loved the big dining area. It could use a pantry in the kitchen however with some more of the basics like thin foil and Saran wrap. The extra refrigerators were wonderful and the bar downstairs, away from the upstairs bedrooms allowed the adults a place to play while the children slept undisturbed. The toilet in bedroom 6 was broken and the tub...

"5 of us stayed at Winning Stream- it was like being in a movie set as we sat on the wonderful deck listening to the stream, basking in the sun, surrounded by the brilliant golds of the Aspens. The accommodations were everything as advertised, we were very comfortable. Maybe a couple more deck chairs could be added; we used a dining chair for our 5th guest"

"We stayed in this new, beautiful and clean treehouse for 3 nights while we were in Denver for a concert. It was perfectly tucked away in the mountains, quiet and peaceful. But it was an easy drive to Red Rocks and downtown Denver. Property Management and the owner responded promptly when we had a little trouble with the heat. "

"Great location, and well appointed however there is no thermostat control. It was set to 73 which was 65 in the downstairs apartment. A small space heater was provided and I was able to borrow a larger one. Also, because there is a window a/c unit, the window does not close and lock. (As a single female traveler, this made me a little uneasy). I would stay again- albeit in warmer months!"
