Bring the whole family to this beautiful lake front fully renovated cottage, Don't forget your four legged friends.

This the perfect place to relax and forget about the rest of the world.

The property has newly installed air conditioning, floor boards throughout.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed and views of Tuggerah Lake. You can also take in the views from the living area or relax with your cuppa on the balcony. The yard is fully fenced and the waters edge is at your feet!

Complimentary Wifi and smart TV has been supplied for all guests. Solar power and 100% renewable electricity supply. There is an external power point at the front of the garage.

This is a stunningly quiet location to allow you to enjoy a waterfront lifestyle and a break from the hustle and bustle of every day life.

Great location but furniture very uncomfortable I know it’s furnished for pets but as an elderly couple it was hard to relax and enjoy the beautiful views but overall enjoyed our stay and would visit again when available

Buff Pt on the Lake
Comfortable house. Clean and tidy. Quiet area. Close to amenities. Beautiful aspect right on the lake. Great walking path along lake. Secure fencing. Some maintenance required to screen doors as they are difficult to unlock at times. It would help if there was a pooper scooper as we had to buy one so we could clean up. The outside red top rubbish bin was very full when we arrived and obviously had not been emptied for a while. As we arrived early in the week, the collection had already been and the bin had not been put out. No major issues and it was great being able to collect the key at the house.

Lovely quiet area, fantastic outlook. Go out the back gate & you can walk for miles by the lake. If only it was clean. Lovely little lake side cottage but needs a damn good clean inside & out. Also would be nice if the mattress protectors & pillows were washed &/or changed, all we could smell was other peoples sweat & odour when in bed. Also make sure you bring disinfectant wipes so you can wipe everything down before using it. Restaurants, cafes, supermarkets are nice & close for eating out or cooking yourself if your game to put anything in the filthy oven. Shame because it’s a nice little place but we won’t be back ever.

Location! Location! Location!
Fabulous view across the lake and beautiful walks to be had beside the lake ... very handy for pets. It was unfortunate that it was windy when we were there and the howling southerly was not conducive to a relaxed stay. But with little or no wind - perfect. The cottage is basic but functional ... easy floors to maintain for pets. The view from the main bedroom is across the lake and the same view from dining living areas. Cleanliness could have been improved. Would I stay there again? Yes but the price would need to be negotiated.

Comfortable cottage with a great view
Lake Edge Cottage is just that a cottage, well-resourced, comfortable, with a simplicity that is quite pleasant and calming. There are great walking paths, happy birds and quiet neighbours. Coles and takeaway shops are close by, but you wouldn't know it, as you look out onto the lake without a worry in the world.

Very dirty house
The house is dirty and tired- the floors hadn't been washed nor swept, I went to get the broom to sweep the floor and it was old, filthy and covered with dog hair, the windows haven't been cleaned inside or out for at least 12 months, someone had drawn a smiley face on the inside of one window with their finger, cobwebs inside and outside of the windows and black mould on the blinds. Stove elements are so rusted they are a fire hazard. BBQ is unusable, filthy and completely rusted. Lounge is dirty and stained etc etc etc. I have many photos.

The photos on the Stayz website have been photo shopped. The cottage is somewhat shabby. The DVD and CD players did not function. The TV reception was often interrupted with a failed signal. The TV is a store demo. The wheelie bins were filthy and the green bin was half full of rubbish. The Estate Agent expected the guest to wheel the bins up a steep uneven path to the road along broken concrete and unsteady pavers. There was garden refuse and broken bricks ( a snake haven) were stored behind the garage which was not accessible for a car. The bathroom shower recess had mould growing on the tiles and the drain smelt. I reported the smell to the Estate Agent however there was no response. I requested help with the wheelie bins there was no response. For the duration of my stay I cleaned and vacuumed the cottage and washed the towels and bed linen weekly. There were no cleaning materials or detergents. I supplied my own. the bottom drawer in the lichen fee completely apart when I attempted to open it. The Air con requires servicing. The stove was unclean as was the laundry. The toilet walls were covered in spiders and their webs as was all outside windows and fixtures. Some windows I could not open. The blinds need cleaning so to the outdoor chairs that blew onto the lawn during windy weather. The garden is a disgrace. The cottage itself with a proper bond clean, gardening and maintenance would be one of the most delightful places to stay. In my humble view the Estate Agents lack of professional focus on the property requires investigation. The accommodation costs did not provide value for money.

Nice area with swings and long foot and cycling path. Gym and nice coffee place nearby, next to Coles. Enjoyed the trip. Prefer check in via code versus keys, something to consider.

Perfect location with everything you need
We stayed for a weekend getaway with 2 adults and 2 kids. The location is absolutely perfect. The views over the lake are breathtaking. Inside you will find everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, cups, saucepans etc. There are puzzles galore and DVDs and books to choose from. The beds are super comfy and there is ample heating and cooling. The only downside with this property is the amount of pet hair on the floors. It is advertised as pet friendly so both myself and my daughter stocked up on our anti histamines but our allergies were off the charts until they kicked in. I think it would be far better to have a lock box at the property for the key instead of having to travel into The Entrance to get it from the real estate. As we were checking in after they closed (4.30pm) we did all our check in on line so had no real reason to add almost half an hour to our trip just to get the keys from a lock box, which could have easily been located at the house. Those things aside we couldn't have been happier with the property. Our goal was to relax for the weekend and we certainly did that....I just wish we had more time to finish the 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle.
