Beautiful large beach front home. Great HOME for the vacation of a life time. Bring your kids, family & friends. This is the place you want to be. Large 4 bedroom home , all with King Beds. located on the Sea of Cortez. You are just steps away from the water. This house has it all, A/C, full kitchen, two master suites with private bath.

Swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, surf fishing and beach combing, right out your front door. You can charter a boat for a day of fishing or sight seeing. Or just relax, watch the sunrise or sunset from your front patio. You will feel right at home. VERY SAFE PLACE TO VISIT AND ENJOY SOME OF THAT MEXICAN SUNSHINE! MANAGERS LIVE NEXT DOOR YEAR ROUND.

There is separate air conditioning in each room, ceilings fans in all room. An outdoor shower is provided for your return from the beach. The kitchen is spacious and has all the equipment for the most creative cooks, even a dishwasher. FILTERED WATER THROUGH OUT THE ENTIRE HOME !!
Cabo Pulmo the world renowned diving and snorkeling is just 45 minutes South.
Quadaman in Los Barriles will deliver ATV's right to the front door. He gives our people a discount always say your staying with us.

Beautiful Home and Location
We are retired and stayed for 20 days in February. It was a little bit colder for the first 3 days when we arrived on 2/8 but soon warmed up. Beautiful home with everything and more than we could need. Gabriella has thought of everything. Bed was comfortable and the shower was always hot. Amazing sunsets off the back patio and walks on the white sand beach that goes on for miles. Lots of comfortable lounge chairs to gaze out at the sea, read a book or meditate. We enjoyed morning coffee while watching whales right off the shore, just one magical moment after another. Beautiful people and culture. We felt safe and the nearby town of Los Barriles had a well-stocked market, Pharmacy, and health care. Lots of great restaurants. Triny's and Tio Pablo's were two of our favorites, but we also enjoyed the taco stand on the side of the road near the Pemex. The horses visited almost daily, and the cows dotted the landscape and visited daily as well. Thank You Gabriella for sharing your beautiful home with us. We hope to return.

Lovely home on a gorgeous remote beach
7 of us rented Gabrielle's house while on a pickleball holiday. Great pickleball at Tres Palapas. Great house to come home to. Great kitchen to cook in. Windswept days but also a few gorgeous still day with beautiful snorkelling at the point.

Desert out the front door, Sea of Cortez out the back and miles of empty beach in either direction - what’s not to like. Beautiful home with all the amenities. Dine in or plenty of options a 10 minute drive away in Los Barriles.

Wonderful Getaway
We absolutely loved this property. Very spacious, comfy beds, fully stocked with everything you need. Property is far enough from town for peace and serenity but still close enough to restaurants, bars and shopping. The views are absolutely breathtaking. Watching the sunrise having coffee on the huge balcony and wine in the evening watching the sunset. Rod and Barb are excellent hosts. We will be back in the very near future!

Breathing taking views!
We absolutely loved our 1 week stay. The views of the ocean never got old. The home had plenty of space for my husband and 3 young children. It was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked as well as plenty of beach toys, lounge chairs, and a kayak. WE had an unforgettable time. So happy we found this gem, would not hesitate to book again.

The Place to Relax
We had not been to Las Brallias before and wanted to try and new place. This was fantastic. As we lived in Cabo and San Jose del Cabo before and now the business was just too much for us. But, This stay was right on the beach quite and relaxing. Now the wind does blow, but if you wait long enough it will calm down so that you can swim and do other water sports. The town is worth exploring. We missed nothing in Cabo and really enjoyed our stay. Thanks again to the hosts.

Beautiful and Peaceful
This property has amazing views and the beach was quiet and wonderful. The house is clean and well equipped for a large extended family or friend group with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is about a mile and a half off of the highway down a sand road. It is private and sits right on the beach and is literally 62 steps from the patio through the sand to the ocean. The beach is clean and the ocean was safe and inviting for swimming-even for children. We will absolutely come again and bring our family and friends. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!

Wow! Just wow!
We had adult children, spouses, and grandchildren on this trip. The house couldn't have been more perfect for us. Plenty of room, a well-stocked and spacious kitchen, great deck. Everything we needed. Rod and Barb were wonderful and helped us in so many ways. We absolutely loved our stay here and hope to return soon.

A classic casa, very comfortable and quiet
We stayed for three weeks and had a relaxing and wonderful time at the property. Rod and Barb manage the property, live next door, and do a terrific job communicating with renters, answering questions, and providing advice on what to see and do in the area. The property is massive, and the gardens and layout were magnificent—a tranquil stay with stunning views of the Sea of Cortez and the surrounding landscape. I highly recommend this casa. Thanks for a great stay.

Amazing Stat in the Baja
The house was perfect for our family and our friends and their family. It’s beautifully situated on the beach with easy access to a quiet beach. The house is so well accommodated and situated for families. The kitchen is stocked with everything we could need, and we had a wonderful stay here. Rod and Barb were helpful in arranging our fishing trip and answering promptly any questions we had. We would return in a heartbeat!

Great stay and amazing hosts
The house was perfect for our family and you can't beat the location. There were plenty of sleeping quarters that were nice and spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the utensils and appliances that you could ask for. Barb and Rod were VERY helpful, from ATV rental, setting up a fishing trip, recommending restaurants to take our catch, and even going above and beyond to borrow me a guitar....they were amazing hosts! They really enhanced our vacation and I can't thank them enough. We made some great memories and really hope to be able to return for another visit sometime.

Does not disappoint
The house is a short drive to town but far enough away that there wasn’t much UTV traffic on the beach. Very nice managers next door to answer question and give recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

A very special place
Rod and Barb are beyond helpful and truly make the experience of staying at their house as easy as possible. We had a wonderful time. They helped us arrange transportation and fun adventures. They had great tips for local restaurants, grocery stores, and useful information for getting about the area. The house was much bigger than we expected from the pictures and description. Everybody walked into the patio gate very excited and pleasantly surprised. Its a beautiful home The location is breathtaking and private but also very near to anything you need. I’ve been to the area now for several years and I would recommend this home. Thank you Rod and Barb for such a great experience and offering a nice home.

Fantastic beach front home
This property was listed exactly how it was. We stayed for a week. Several bedrooms and bath, beautiful front patio over looking the beach. The beach was so quiet and peaceful. Our trip was multigenerational and the layout worked excellent. Kitchen was well appointed for cooking at home. We are coming back! Rod & Barb made the stay very pleasurable and are very resourceful and knowledgeable. Thank you!

We just returned from a great week. Four generations of family. the house is very comfortable, spacious well filled with supplies. There are two court yards, which allow for outdoor eating and playing if the wind picks up from the sea.. the patio has comfortable lounges overlooking the beach, sea and mountains. Fabulous sunrises and skies. Rod the manager lives next door and was very helpful. I highly recommend this house, we plan to return

Expansive views, secluded beach
We stayed in this spacious, immaculately clean home (5 m from the main road & 10 m from Los Barriles) from Jan 26 to Feb 4, 2021 with another couple. The front room, flanked with windows that boast gorgeous views of the ocean, looks exactly as the photos show. The kitchen is well stocked and met all of our needs, also with great views. The office is to the side of the living room and has an ocean view, toilet and pull-out bed. The sizable master is the sole bedroom in the main house and is located behind the office. It boasts 2 windows with views, a huge TV, ceiling fan, full length mirror, and a bathroom with walk-in shower. Behind the master is another bedroom w/o a view that can be accessed from the large, airy, open vestibule. It has a small bathroom, king bed, ceiling fan, and big closet. Behind the main house is an inviting area with 2 lounge chairs and another building to the side that hosts 2 roomy bedrooms connected by a spacious bathroom with a huge walk-in shower (our one complaint is that there was very little water pressure in this shower). These rooms have ceiling fans, one small TV and one partial view of the ocean. Between this building and the main house is a charming open area with chairs and a handy clothes line. If you are staying in these 2 rooms, you will walk outside through the vestibule to enter the main house. The BEST part about this house is the expansive veranda in the front of the house with sweeping views of the wide beach/ocean and mountains off to the North. A great place for your yoga practice (mats near the kitchen). The worst part was the windy weather. My mistake for booking in January. My dream was to kayak and see whales close up - and you will see whales - but the ocean didn't flatten out until our departure day. And, on that day we saw at least 4 whales close by! You will see (and hear) rays jumping, meandering cows, sweet donkeys, elegant horses, exotic birds and playful dogs. Take quality binoculars. Rod and Barb, neighbors and managers of the place, proved indispensable. We can't thank them enough for their helpfulness and advice throughout our stay. Be sure to ask them where to buy fresh shrimp and fish in Los Barriles. Best restaurants -Bay View (great views,live music) and La Playa, it sits right on the beach, we went there on quads. Smokies Bar and Grill. Hike Sol de Mayo falls near Santiago and book a tour with Tuna Tuna Tours and swim with whales/snorkel with sea lions!

Perfect escape
I just returned from an incredible 15 day trip with my two adult sons, and a friend. Having been to the east cape for fishing trips many times over the past 30 years I have high expectations, and i'm happy to say that my expectations were met. The house is located on a quiet beach, it is in great condition, and had everything we needed. From kayaks and beach umbrellas, to kitchen supplies, big flat screen TV's, fast reliable WIFI and more. Most importantly the hosts Rod and Barb live next door, we cannot say enough about them. They set us up with great deals on ATV's, Fishing Charters, and referred to the best restaurants. It was like staying next door to your "cool" Aunt and Uncle, they treated us like family and wanted us to have a nice time. A week into our stay my 20-year-old son picked up a nasty stomach bug from a roadside ceviche stand. After suffering with a fever and stomach pain for two days, I was planning to rent a car and take him to some Urgent Care Clinic in Cabo San Lucas, not something we wanted to do in this time of Covid 19. Before setting out, I decided to check with Rod and Barb, and we are so happy we did. They made a call and in less than an hour we were in the office of a private English-speaking physician. This took place on a Sunday! They both expressed genuine concern for my son and checked on him daily as he recovered. Thank you Rod and Barb for your warm and generous hospitality, we look forward to our next visit. Paul Achee
