Comfortable home with gorgeous views
So happy with our stay here. The house is beyond our expectations. Homeowners provided so much that saved us from buying items that we only needed to use for a short stay which is huge when you are traveling. Quiet area and very close to town. Loved the town feel. Will definitely return to this home if going through this area again.

360 degree views of the mountains from two spacious decks. Large, well appointed living area and kitchen. The location is perfect for access to hiking trails. Very comfortable and clean. Definitely plan to come back for our next trip.

Great place, great location
I recently stayed here with my family and friends. The place had plenty of indoor and outdoor space for all of us and beautiful views of the mountains. The location was also great - just a few miles outside of downtown Buena Vista. We would definitely stay here again!

Great escape!
What a wonderful place to vacation. We had an amazing time in BV - rafting, soaking and hiking and coming home to this place was a welcome respite. Eth clean, well appointed, great views - close to everything, great instructions. Cannot say enough good about this rental.

Well stocked and beautiful location
This was the second stop our our Colorado vacation. We only stayed 2 nights but this was our kids' favorite of the 3 places we rented. All the activities in the garage and horse shoes were a hit! Lots of space to relax both inside and out. A well stocked kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals and enjoy coffee on the front porch with breathtaking views of the mountains. Fairly close to town and our white water rafting outfitter. Next to a state highway with occasional cars but mostly quiet countryside. It was a hot week and was a little tricky to keep bedrooms cool with fans and windows, but we made it work. Overall a great place to stay!

Great accommodations and ammenities
It was everything they said it would be and more. It was a great location for us (we were attending a wedding in the area). Most of the VRBOs that we have stayed at do not provide all the extras that these owners have taken the time to have. These extras like a fully stocked coffee bar, lotions, soaps, laundry facilities, etc. mean so much and really made our stay fantastic. We will definitely book this home again if we need to stay in the area.

This was our second time staying and it's one of the most well stocked vacation rentals we've stayed at. They have thought of everything. It's a wonderful spot. One thing to note is there are a lot of air fresheners and fragrances at this home. This is tough for our family so mentioning it in case it's tough for yours.

Everything you need!
Home was beautiful, impeccably clean, and included everything we could have possibly needed for our group (5 adults). Hosts were friendly and helpful, out of sight but available. Check-in was a breeze. Location was perfect - just outside the busier portion of town. Views were stunning - mountains all around, no close neighbors. So glad we found this quaint little town - less commercial and touristy than some of the larger cities and towns but with so many activities available nearby. HIGHLY recommend this rental!

Lovely BV getaway
Really enjoyed this property, Peggy has thought of everything; very well stocked and organized! We loved the Mt. Princeton hot springs, Stedman’s candy, Biggie’s Sanwiches and Casa Sanchez in BV! Only downside to house - we thought this house would be further from the road so just be prepared to deal with road noise and bright headlights coming in the windows during the night, otherwise it’s a great place.

We loved this place. It has lots of room, two tables, large sectional, and more eating/hanging out space in the garage. Our only minor problem was the sun that came through the top triangle windows in the living room in the afternoon. It made half of the sectional useless and there were no blinds or curtains to block the window. Otherwise, it was a great stay, that had everything that we needed even an extra toothbrush!!

Great location and value
Great location a couple minutes outside of downtown Buena Vista. Living room has a huge couch and several tables, making it easy to hang with a group of family or friends. Kitchen does what it needs to (except for the fridge filter water, which might be the slowest I’ve ever witnessed). The house can definitely use some renovations, as appliances and other features are outdated. Showers/plumbing suffer the most, with very high-pitched noises accompanying every shower and old shower heads that could be replaced for a low place. Nevertheless, this is a good hub for winter or summer activities near Buena Vista.

Great house!
House was perfect for our family getaway! Kitchen was very well stocked, beds were very comfortable, couch fit everyone with room to spare! If I had to be picky… Wifi wasn’t very strong. We streamed a movie & weren’t able to connect other devices to the internet. Ice maker also wasn’t working, thankfully we’d brought our own!

This property was just perfect for the four of us. It was clean and organized. The home was very tastefully and beautifully decorated, even better than the pictures show. It was furnished with all the amenities you would ever need. Peggy is so nice and willing to help out in any way. She even left a bottle of wine for us! There's so much to see and do in the area that we want to come back!

Comfy Home with Everything you Need
This home was extremely comfortable and well stocked with everything you could need (e.g. kitchen supplies, outdoor games, grill). We really enjoyed staying here and thought the view of the mountains from the home was beautiful. It was only a 5-10 minute ride from the downtown area. One thing we didn't like was that they ask you to strip all the beds. This seemed a bit over the top from the usual VRBO requests (e.g. take out the trash, start the dishwasher). The cleaning fee should cover someone handling the beds/towels.
