"This is an absolutely beautiful place to spend time away from the city noise. A complete HEAVEN!One thing that has never been mentioned in the entire description was the Camino Road with about 5 High Speed Bumps that our vehicle hit pretty hard at the first bump. They are not marketed or visible, so be careful driving to the actual property. Other than that, this is NOT a 1 bedroom place. "We loved the original intent of the hosts to create a very unique and comfortable getaway. Unfortunately guests are not always thoughtful in caring for vacation rentals and The Coop has not been maintained in the manner it deserves. Even though the rates charged are premium, it felt like we were staying in a second tier property. I felt like we had a good connection with the manager and reported several of our concerns. The response was “well no one has ever complained about that”."

"A beautiful home to stay in for 4 adult couples-the view out the back is lovely and you will end up wanting to spend a lot of your time here in this comfortable homey atmosphere. The kitchen is large and great for cooking dinner together but the location has a lot of great little restaurants close by as well. The host was very responsive and helpful. "

"We went for a bachelorette party and it was perfect. Keith and JD were amazing hosts who were so communicative, gave great recommendations, and helped us the whole weekend like bringing more ice, setting up our fire, etc. The home is also in a great location with 7 Dalmatians and horses on the property! Can't recommend this place enough! "

"We were having a girls' wine tasting weekend. The condo was exactly as advertised- easy to access and clean and safe. There is a hot tub in the back yard. The condo is within walking distance of everything in downtown Solvang- all the restaurants and shops. The Wine Tour company picked us up right at the house!"

"My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our weekend stay In Solvang. Studio is located in a perfect part of town. All of the shops and restaurants were in walking distance. Studio is clean, comfortable and really updated. Michael is a great host and was responsive to our concerns and questions that we had. Would definitely come back and stay here again. "

It was so close to Mission Dr/Hwy 246 that we could just walk to nearby stores and restaurants as well as take short drives to church and other conveniences. "We so enjoyed our Christmas Eve Eve sleepover! It was the perfect location and offered ample room for our group. The beds were comfortable, and the amenities were great!
