"The house was exactly as described and pictured in the listing. It was clearly renovated recently and they did a good job updating the kitchen and bath while keeping the vintage details of the house. "We came to visit our son who just returned from deployment and his family. We just hung out mostly at the house. There was plenty of room for our little ones to play and run around. I wouldn’t say it’s the most young child friendly with all the pretties and niceties all around. Our toddlers understand don’t touch so we were fine. Beautiful property and location on the lake. Chuck was great, and we hardly saw him. Interesting guy to talk to. He always had coffee ready in the mornings....

"This house is about 30 minutes from the beach. The room that was shown as an office was changed to a room with just a bed. This was a problem when one of us planned to work on vacation. The pool wasn't properly cleaned but the owner did come back to clean it. Kitchen had minimal cookware. "
