"Great stay with beach views and 10 mins walking from Galley Bay beach; we were greeted at the airport by cottage staff who took us to the cottage (following her car) and even showed us the nearest supermarket. We had a great stay here and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet cozy cottage not far from the centre but in its own own nature world "

"The property location is great. You need a car. Around there are nice dining options and beaches. Property is relatively quiet though you can hear your neighbors very clearly. The host was communicative and attentive. However the bed was so soft and uncomfortable and there wasn’t hot water for us- we stayed at G3 but host mentioned that someone is coming to fix it today. "

"The resort, rooms, grounds and pool were well taken. Are if and very clean. The beach was spectacular, cleaned daily and great chairs and Impella. The location was also a plus, as it was close to everything. Maybe due to being the off season, but the lack of restaurant was the only challenge. Now, ROTI KING in St. John’s was the best. As we like the local food and not the “posh” tourist restaurants. But that just us."

"It was great over all but you have to have a rental car. Basic but very good. Have the most beautiful beach on the island near by- Deep Bay Beach. There is a guy there on the beach that cooks you a fish that he just caught in the ocean. Also, there is a nice short but challenging track to Fort Barrington with a breathtaking view on the Bay. "

BUT the condo had not been cleaned properly - previous guest's toothbrush and other items were still in bathroom. The outside is just UGLY and the condo is WAY TOO FAR from the beach. "Sarah’s cottage was exactly as she described. The gardens and pool were beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed listening to the tree frogs at night and seeing all the lizards and beautiful birds. "Nicely remote, very open house, beautiful pool, comfortable beds. No ice maker in the fridge but our escort to the house told us that so we bought ice. The house does not have air condoning which we knew when we made the reservation but we didn't know we would have extreme heat during our visit which made us very hot and unable to escape the heat.
