"Everytime we stay here the pool is closed. I travel with my grandkids and it’s one of the reasons we pick this property. The pool was NOT available our last 3 stays!!!!!! We are from out of state and stay three nights 2 or 3times a year!"

"The staff was awesome. The hotel was dated. The neighborhood was questionable. The room was immaculate; the hallway not so much. The price was very reasonable. I was in the area for one night prior to the Illinois Marathon in Champaign and the hotel served the purpose. Would probably stay there again unless price went up. "

"Check in is super easy and everyone is so friendly. Room far exceeded our expectations and the staff definitely makes a valiant effort to keep up with the facility that hasn’t been very recently updated, but definitely has in the last 10 years or so. Clean and comfortable, perfect for our one night stay! "

"We were a little surprised to find there wasn’t an elevator, but we don’t mind the extra steps—exercise is always a plus! However, I did want to share some honest feedback about our check-in experience. When we arrived, the front desk staff member, Nicole, came across as a bit short with us. Later, when our daughter went down to request two extra pillows, she was met with a dismissive response: “Did you not find them?” There were only two pillows in the room, and we simply needed a couple more...

"The hotel was very clean and staff was friendly and polite even maid was polite and did excellent job with making sure hotel was cleaned orderly. Only issue I had was for a room that had two guest in one room they only had one desk chair that rolled and any time you moved in it even a little it creaked and made nose that disnget annoying after while and eventually one of just sat on bed with back against wall and other one sat on floor back against bed.
