"Super cute, newly renovated home. The neighborhood itself is a little sketchy, but the location is super convenient to Scott & White and central Temple. Only minutes away from the mall area. Inside everything is clean and new. Comfortable mattresses. 2 bed/1 bath. Fenced backyard for pets. Great communication with the friendly, local owner. Full size W/D & fully stocked kitchen. "My husband, brother, and I stayed here to view the solar eclipse and we enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and spacious. The master bedroom is away from the other bedrooms, giving it more privacy. The living room has a large tv (so does the master bedroom) and there are 2 very comfortable recliners. "We gathered as a family, 13 of us ages 7 to 76, to view the eclipse at my son's lake house on Belton Lake. I knew he couldn't host all of us for the 4 day weekend, so I searched for a nearby house we could use for sleeping. This home served us exactly as hoped. It is not modern or the Ritz, but clean and comfortable and attended well. That our dog was welcome and there was a completely fenced yard for him sealed the deal for us. Thanks Amy!"

"The stay at this guest house on a pecan farm was a wonderful experience with all the comforts of home. New appliances, plumbing and bath fixtures. Great back enclosed porch facing the Brazos River valley, we watched the bright stars unobstructed by city lights and enjoyed the absolute silence of the central Texas country.
