"Great set up with both cottages. Everyone loved their bedrooms and the common areas were great for having everyone together. Our host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this property to anyone."

"This was the perfect place for our girls weekend. The house is cozy and comfortable. The best part of this vacation home is the host. Communication with her is excellent, and she is so accommodating and kind. We loved how close to town we were yet still able to enjoy a relaxing and quiet neighborhood. We sat and watched 2 deer visit us each day. They seemed to be part of the neighborhood. We went to the beach and enjoyed the view of the water and then walked some trails at one of the nearby...

"A no frills lake house experience. We enjoyed most of our trip at the beach and surrounding attractions. There were beach items available for use which was helpful. This is a quiet area (except the house next door was under construction with workers daily during our time). Nevertheless we enjoyed our time."

"This house is larger than the photos show it. The main room and basement room are very large. It's very well stocked with just about everything you could need. One of the nicest VRBO's that any of us had stayed at. The house was perfect for our reunion and added so much to our enjoyment of the weekend. "This was a 4 day getaway to relax. While there is no water view from the property, a short walk and some steps led us to the perfect semiprivate beach. There were umbrellas, chairs and 2 kayaks available to use. Despite it being mid September, the water was swimmable and the temps were high 80s. We brought our dogs with us and they loved swimming in the water. I can't speak to how busy it is during the peak summertime, but we had the entire stretch to ourselves. Loved that! "Great place for a weekend getaway with friends. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and the beach! House is beautiful and cozy! "

"The location of the property was close enough to all the things to do in the area and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. My friend and I appreciated the communication with the owner and the ease of check-in and check-out. There is an apple tree in the front yard so we had to make sure to not bother the bees feasting on fallen apples. Otherwise, a pleasant stay!"
