"This was a great stay for 15 guys on a bachelors trip. The house was amazing, we fished on the dock, and it wasn’t far from the bridgewater plaza. The only thing was we had to buy our own paper towels and toilet paper. "

"This rental was hands down the #1 place I have stayed. The charm, the detail, the uniqueness of this rental is, sigh, so on point. Its cozy, but fit our needs perfectly. The hubs and I were in the bedroom. The 20 and 14 year olds stayed comfortably in the loft. The 1.5 baths was a major perk too. The kitchenette was more than enough for our needs. Parking was easy, we got right in front of the unit each night. But, the assigned space and overflow was very convenient, even if we didn't need it....

"We needed a home to stay in the evening as my sister has a home but it was full with so many family members. Some of us rented this home and would go in the evenings to sleep. The home was very nice, clean and very well stocked. We enjoyed out stay. "

"River’s Bend cottage is a delightful place to stay whether to rock on the porch, grill dinner outside, or hike or raft along the Upper James River. Our host was easily available to reach and was responsive to our questions and requests."

"Appreciated the property and proximity to downtown. Neighborhood at first may appear rough, but it is quiet."

"Stayed in Lynchburg to watch minor league baseball. Was only 10 minutes away from field and 5 minutes away from shopping. Quiet neighborhood. The fenced in yard was great for our dog. The neighbor does have dogs that bark at your dog if you bring your dog. "

"This was an amazing little gem!!! The layout was nice - though it's not technically 3 bedrooms - there are 2 bedrooms with a door, and the couch arranges into a full sized bed. It is wonderfully secluded with forest views all around! Deer watching was a favorite activity, as was the amazing hot tub! Nicest and most roomy hot tub of all of our VRBO stays!!! The cover was super easy to remove and replace! The cabin is only minutes from Natural Bridge and Nat Bridge Zoo. You have to get the chicken...

"Lisa was a pleasure to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at their lovely property. Very well stocked. The guys loved the Blackstone grill as did I as it was less cooking for me.
