"Ruth’s place was excellent as always. I often stay here when I’m visiting Tobago. Everything was clean and was well stocked with all the necessities guest would need. I stayed here during Tobago’s carnival and I liked how it was centrally located to all festivities, beaches and shops. I had a wonderful stay!! "

"This property was exactly as advertised. Keys were on the door awaiting for us as we arrived and we walked into the apartment to receive some much needed AC. Everything is exactly as the photos show. All appliances are in working order with a huge fridge for everything you need. The dogs are indeed friendly and they really do take any chance to run out so make sure to close the gate. By the way, duck when walking out. "Did not stay at all. Smelled of mold and pet dander. Windows were moldy. Bathtub stained, stove dirty, AC leaking next to bed. No blankets. Definitely not close to the beach. I'm highly allergic to unsanitary things and had an anaphylaxis attack within minutes of being inside the house. It was an ordeal and an inconvenience because I had to find somewhere else to stay for my trip at the last minute. I'd like to have my total payment refunded and also compensation for my inconvenience and risk of...

"The villa is very lovely, and a terrific location. The host is extremely responsive and very accommodating. The spaces are great for a large group. The staff was very responsive, because the first day or so, the floors were not clean and we had issues with the remote for the AC. However, the staff responded right away and fixed the issues. "Mr. Owen was an excellent host! He was knowledgeable on the area, was able to suggest activities to do, and provide guidance on using public transportation. You must try his homemade ice-cream. It's the best I've had! "

"Everything was great with a helpful owner. Nice to have private pool and garden to enjoy. Only 5 minutes walk from main (noisy) strip but peaceful and restful here. Perfect."

"The check in was very quick as usual my apartment was very comfortable i enjoyed it , and of course it was close to my events so i had ball so it suited my purpose the shower is dated need some new linen outside needs some work but as i said it suited My purpose. Close to all major pubs ,restaurant and beaches so that's a plus if you don't need to go out there's a pool on the property overall i had a great stay."

"The house provided great accommodation for 6 adults. All rooms a good size and bedrooms had air conditioning - which was needed. Pool was large and, surprisingly, heated😀. Kitchen and utility room had all the equipment you need. Location was great, close to beach and local amenities. Whilst perhaps needing a lick of paint in places, the property served our holiday requirements perfectly. Lizzie was there to greet us and was really helpful - particularly when one of the bedroom doors locked...

"The owner/manager of this property was very welcoming and understanding of our situation and did everything he could to facilitate us on short notice. The pool in the property overlooks a slight hill so it makes for a nice touch. We felt very safe and the place is in a very quiet and serene area. We definitely look forward to staying here again once we are in Tobago. "
