"The house was immaculate. The beds were comfortable and clean. Anything you could need was there for your use. Normally we eat out when in Jacksonville but the kitchen was so nice and well stocked with pots and dishes that we decided to cook. I can not say enough nice things."

"This home is beautiful, it has plenty of living space, two living room areas a large kitchen and plenty of space for dining! The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of room for our large party to stay. There are a ton of toys to keep the kids busy which was a plus! The kitchen is stocked with all cooking ware you need and the bathrooms are all stocked nicely. The host is great with communication and super nice! We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay again when we come back to...

"We were in town for a football game, so we were looking for something close to the stadium This is obviously an older house that the owners have done a great job with, as far as renovation of the interior. Everything was great, and there’s a cool little fenced in hangout area in the backyard that we really liked. We only had one minor issue upon checking in, and they got it resolved for us within minutes, we would book this location again if we came back to Jacksonville."

"I booked this VRBO with the expectation of a comfortable and clean space for my adult children that were displaced from medical school in Georgia due to Hurricane Helene. Unfortunately, the experience was far from ideal. Upon arrival, I encountered immediate difficulties. I had not received the necessary code to access the property, despite checking all my emails, including spam. It took over an hour to contact the host and obtain the code. The property itself was a significant disappointment....

"This was a great spot for our trip for the Georgia-Florida Game. Right next to a great area in Jacksonville full of food options and stores. Right across the river from the stadium and only an easy hour walk over or an even easier trip by Uber or such. The property was great for my partner and I with our two large dogs. The owner was great and welcomed all of us in. The king size bed and the AC helped us sleep great all night. Highly recommend and will consider in the future. "

"The apartment was great. The listing was accurate and specific which was very helpful. The price was right- it is an older home with older home quirks, but it was clean and comfortable which was all we hoped for. If we come back to Jacksonville, I’d absolutely stay here again. "

"It seemed like it needs a refresh. I thought the hallways had a mild unpleasant smell that they tried to cover with scent. My bathroom had a chipped counter that had been repaired. When I called the front desk the first day to say I'm allergic to down pillows, I was first told to just feel the pillows for feathers and not use those! Didn't send any new pillows. That didn't work, and I woke up stuffed up. So I called again and they brought foam pillows and replaced the down comforter."
