Big Time Hill Cabin with an indoor pool, hot tub, & great views!

Summary:
SUNDAY check in ALLOWED except 4th Sunday of each month.
BIG TIME HILL CABIN is located inside
Paradise Pointe is gated & on a mountain at tristate corner of AL/TN/GA. Walk our HIKING TRAIL to tristate corner & be in 3 states at once. Paradise Pointe has 1 HuGe INDOOR POOL HOUSE with outdoor deck. 19 rentals has access to pool house. Cabin has hot tub, WIFI, fireplace, charcoal grill & fire pit!

The Space:
Cabin is for MAXIMUM of 8 guests. Upon approval we allow 2 extra guests for a fee of $40 per guests per stay. If you bring more than 8 guests & did not pay you will be required to pay after arrival or ask to leave.

Ask owner b4 booking if you have a pet. We allow a MAXIMUM of 2. The pet fee is $100 per pet. If you bring a pet & did not pay you will be charged after arrival or ask to leave.

Smoking is allowed outside/do not throw butts on ground!

Quiet Time 10 PM to 8 AM!!

Other Things to Note:
We supply starter kit which consist of 1 roll paper towels, 1 roll toilet paper per bathroom, 3 garbage bags per can, starter dish soap & starter hand soap. We supply linens & towels. If you need more towels there is a washer & dryer. We supply basic cooking utensils. There is not a dishwasher so we suggest you bring paper products for eating unless you like to wash dishes. We do not supply oil, salt, pepper or any food or drinks. We do not supply personal toiletries. If you break or damage anything during your stay you will be required to pay for it.

Charcoal grill available for use (charcoal not included)

PET FEE: $100 PER PET, ASK OWNER BEFORE BOOKING IF YOU HAVE A PET! LIMIT 2 PETS. Keep pet on leash at all times when outside and clean up poop! This is to respect our property and other guests! Also if you leave pet in cabin when you are away, keep it crated!

Great little retreat
My family and I stayed here for two nights on our way to Florida. The view is fantastic. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. My teens fished in the pond and loved walking around the petting zoo animals and barn. It was pretty quiet during our stay so we only saw one other house of guests. We came fully prepared for the accommodations. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Big hill vacation
A lot of good memories. Pretty disappointed in the condition of the property and amenities. Nothing catastrophic, but multiple things in disrepair or dirty. Love the area but won't likely stay there again.

Nooga 24!
We had an awesome vacation! The cabin was great! We had plenty of room and fun stuff to do. The view was beautiful looking over the mountains, railroad, river and lock! The pool was fantastic- loved the nice bathroom/shower in the pool pavilion! We will definitely come back!!

Mother-Daughter Getaway
My daughter and I stayed at the Big Time Hill cabin for a brief getaway in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains. This cabin had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and was VERY CLEAN! It has an amazing porch with rocking chairs to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets each day. We went to Chattanooga for a Yoga session and spent time strolling the streets of this lovely college town.

My wife and I had an amazing time. We used hot tub firepit basketball court and grill almost every night. So much to do. Will definitely be back. Already have reservations for August.

The VIEWS!
It’s worth the 30 minute drive to Chattanooga! The drive is beautiful, the views from the cabin are breath taking and the pool house was clean and perfect for the kids to enjoy! We have no complaints! Thanks for a great stay!

Great location
This was the perfect place for a spring break family trip to Chattanooga. We have 3 adults and 2 kids (7 and 2). My kids loved the pool (it was a little too cold for us adults) and seeing the chicken, goats and horses every day. The cabin has all the basics you needs and we did a quick grocery pick up at Walmart in Kimball and had most meals at cabin using charcoal grill. For us, we just scheduled all excursions in Chattanooga right after breakfast, packed a lunch and then headed back mid-afternoon for naps, swimming and sunset views. Sylvia was very responsive. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing views
This is our second time at Paradise Pointe, and expect to visit again. The views are absolutely lovely, cabin is cozy and comfortably set up and the heated indoor pool is an absolute hit with the children. Sylvia is really good about responding quickly to any inquiries. Thank you for giving us another opportunity to make some lovely memories.

Nice getaway
Property is nice, management and owners addressed any issues right away. Cabin was very nice and clean, beds were comfy. Getting up to the property could prove difficult in some vehicles, but we managed in a minivan. Would definitely recommend staying here, but there isn’t much to do in the area so be prepared for that, especially if traveling with older kids like we were.!

Loved our stay at Paradise Pointe
Paradise Pointe is a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views from top of the hill. We were seeking a fun and completely different experience for our family and we were very happy with the location, indoor pool, beautiful cabin with hot tub, and views of the Tennessee River. The king size beds were super comfortable! Thank you, Sylvia, for all the helpful information you provided before our arrival. We definitely want to return to Big Time Hill cabin!

Amazing
This cabin was very clean and offered a beautiful view. The ramp leading to the front door was very useful for my mother-in-law who uses a wheel chair. Beds were comfy. The hot tub and pool area were amazing. My teenage kids enjoyed the hot tub, pool and the basketball areas. Sylvia was very nice and very quick to answer all of my questions. Great place!!

Mothers Day and Anniversary fun
We enjoyed the cabin. It was very clean and lots of room. The jacuzzi and fire pit were an added enjoyment for us. The only complaint was that the pool wasn’t Toddler friendly in our opinion.

Breathtaking Views!
My family of 6 very much enjoyed our stay on your property. We were however, completely bummed out that the pool was out of order the few days that we were there. I understand this was no one's fault, but that was one of the main reasons we chose to stay on your property - my kids were highly disappointed. Thankful at least for the hot tub and the beautiful views from up top on the mountain - including your beautiful horses! We had fun heading to area attractions within 30-40 min, such as Rock City & the Incline Railway - super cool that we could be in different states and different time zones wherever we went! Thanks for a fun stay and hopefully your pool will be fixed quickly!

Cabin was very nice and clean. The pool area was great but does need a little TLC. The pool liner is bubbling up and coming off. The property itself is very nice and felt safe since it is gated. The views are absolutely gorgeous. Watch out where you park your car! Part of a tree fell on our new explorer and crushed the hood!! Overall would recommend and would love to come back one day.
