"The place is beautiful and elegant without being pretentious. The decor is on point with a very nostalgic feel. It is like entering a hotel in the 30s. Just gorgeous. I love that the integrity of the design remained. The only thing I would suggest is getting valet parking. It is a bit uncomfortable to get there and carry all your luggage from a block away because there is no actual hotel parking or valet. It still didnt deter me from giving them a perfect score. I would visit again."

"Manager is rude and cant take complaints. Room has clogged drain, no towels, lamp was not working and stains in the bed. She went crazy when we complained, a personnlike this cannot eork in custumer services. This hotel is one of the worst I have ever stayed in my life and I spend half of my year traveling. We stayed on a Friday night and we are both light sleepers-and we heard absolutely nothing from the bar below OR the trains. Easy walking to multiple restaurants and shops.
