"We stayed several nights at the end of November and were very happy with this cabin. It was extremely clean and comfortable. It was in a convenient location with a nice view. After a day out hiking and sightseeing, it was so nice to come back to the warm cabin and enjoy a cozy evening with the snow.falling outside."

The location was super convenient, a quiet little place in the country but close enough to town to go out to eat and find entertainment. "Very pleased. Although the mattresses on the beds are very hard. Would suggest the following to make guests more comfortable: hooks for clothing and wet towels. There is no place to hang anything in the bedrooms or bathrooms. Waste basket in bathroom. Fitted sheets on bunk beds. Another chair by the couch area. Stools at breakfast bar nice. Take the plastic off light in bunk bed area. Not safe and could melt to glass if it hasn’t already. New Broom. I will upload photos. "

"It was exactly what me and my wife were looking for. We stayed here for our honeymoon and after all the wedding planning and chaos, this cabin was a perfect recharge station for us. I booked 2 nights, but I wish I would've booked it longer. It was peaceful and a nice change of pace for us. We are planning on making it a yearly tradition going forward."

"Our stay at John's cottage was perfect. He provided great directions, which was helpful as we arrived after dark. The beds were comfortable and my niece was loved the goodies that were left for us. The cottage was in a great area and near to our friend's house, which is who we were visiting. We will definitely stay again!"

When we were getting there Google maps sends you into the drive way of next door but the host was quick to answer our call and give us directions.
