Fenced backyard fully equipped with lounge chairs, umbrellas and tables & chairs. Firepit for gathering on those cool evening nights (bring your own wood). The house is on a whole-house water filtration system. Note: the fireplace is for looks-only. It does not function.

Bedrooms: Owner's Suite and an additional bedroom on the main. The owners suite has a vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan and double French doors leading to covered back porch. Private bath offers double vanities with lighted vanity mirror, oversized shower w/dual shower heads, separate water closet, and large walk-in closet. Additional bedroom on main has access to half bath but will have to either use owner's suite shower or upstairs shower. Upstairs offers 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 with attached full bathrooms, one king bedroom is across the hall from the bathroom. All upstairs bedrooms have TVs with cable, ceiling fans, canned lights and hardwood floors.
Outdoor entertainment: The lagoon-style pool with hot tub is 16x32 and has 4 pool-width sized stairs- perfect if you just want to sit and watch everyone play. The pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day however we would need advanced notice at time of final payment so we can plan for it. The fire pit is great for relaxing in the evening (bring your own firewood) and is accented with outdoor lighting. A large TV is mounted on the screened porch for easy viewing. We have a homemade game board barrel table for checkers. We also have books, cards and puzzles.
Location: We're conveniently located at the corner of Arnold and Demere (pronounced De-ma-ree). We are less than 1/2 a mile to the beach (Massengale Park which is an access point to East Beach, has bathrooms, shaded picnic tables and play ground) and 1 mile to The Village (quaint square with shopping, dining and the pier). Demere park is across the street with a playground, skate park and baseball field - great for play. Fiddlers, Crab Daddy's, Crab Trap, The Still, Beachcomber BBQ & Grill, Barrier Island Brewery and bicycle rentals are located at the next corner on Arnold and Ocean Blvd. King and Prince is at the end of Arnold (just one block further). "The Friendly" gas station is just down the street from us and is great for those last minute items you forgot (butter, milk, firewood and the like). Golf cart rentals are available in The Village and make the stay even more enjoyable.
