New to the vacation rental market! This is one of the most beautiful vacation homes available on Blythe Island in Brunswick GA and it's pet friendly! This home has everything you could want from a HUGE fenced in backyard, to a screened in patio to a freshly remodeled interior. Did we mention the home is walking distance to the boat ramp and you can even bring your boat and keep it at the property?

This home is 10 minutes to downtown Brunswick and the waterfront, 15 minutes to the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center and approximately 22 minutes to St. Simons Island and Jekyll Island. It's also conveniently located a few minutes away from shopping and other restaurants.

From the moment you step into the ranch-style home, you will notice all the upgrades; tile flooring, granite countertops, new furniture and a large walk-in master shower that is accessible. The fully stocked kitchen has everything the modern chef needs to whip up a great meal! There is also a propane BBQ grill available for use.

Each bedroom is nicely decorated, yet comfortable, and has plenty of space.

You also have a 2-car garage plus 4 vehicles that can be parked in the driveway.

If your stay is between April 1 and September 1, you will receive a beach gear credit of $35/night for stays 3-21 nights.

Other things to note:

All reservations are charged a $50 processing fee. This fee is non-refundable, even if the reservation is cancelled.

For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.

Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.

Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.

Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.

Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!

House Rules:
Smoking is not allowed. $2,000 minimum fee for smoking inside the house.
Quiet hours per the county are 9pm to 8am. Violation of ordinance will result in immediate eviction without refund.
No loud music. No parties. No parking on the lawn.
All pet droppings must be picked up or a $50 fee will be assessed.
There will be a $75 minimum charge for any missing remotes, including ceiling fan, and TV remotes.
Maximum of 2 pets.
