"Our family stayed here while we were visiting family in Brownwood. It was perfect! Comfortable and cozy with a great backyard for the dogs. We loved the master bath!! We will definitely stay here again!"

"We've stayed here before and love it. Its walking distance to restaurants, ice cream, HPU campus. Place is very clean and fully stocked. "

"It was the right size for our family gathering. I would say it was built in the 1960s, so it has some age on it. We all enjoyed the spacious living room, nice-sized kitchen and 2 full baths and a half bath. We had to clean the outdoor areas. Very dirty. The frig door was full of used itemd. Pots and pans old, grungy and unusable."

"I’ve always been a little hesitant about staying certain places but Paula’s place was perfect for me! She’s very helpful and her instructions for check in and check out are very clear. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get! Definitely recommend staying here if you are ever visiting brownwood! "

"The is roomy and very clean upon arrival. Nice amenities in bathrooms. Plenty of clean, good towels. We enjoyed the trip. One of the patio ceiling fans was too noisy but we were unable to stop it without stopping the other fan getting turned off too. We adapted. Had a great time. Weather was perfect too. "

"House was spacious and had everything we needed for the weekend. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean! It was a bonus to have 3 full bathrooms! We had amazing weather and enjoyed time at the boat house for coffee and adult beverages! "

"The property was a seemingly pretty new doublewide trailer with easy access to a lake with a dock for fishing. There was a nice back porch for eating meals. We were able to drive into Brownwood for a fantastic dinner at a restaurant called the Turtle, I believe. Should be checked out. The food was excellent. We had a great time."

"The property was amazing. Very clean, and welcoming. Communication was excellent. Stunning views from the dock. Would definitely stay again in the future."

"Nice big house with a boat dock, near public ramp. Other rentals on same property, use same boat dock. Plenty of parking for everyone. The stairs in the house are very steep. House needs some maintenance and lots of big spiders on the boat dock, but overall, we had a great time. The neighborhood was without water for a day and a half. "

"Very well appointed, clean comfortable. Nice outdoor deck plenty of hot water for showers etc. great hosts. Everything you might need is there. Didn’t use hot tub, but looked inviting. We had 2 pickups and 2 boats,we had to be creative with parking. Hosts offered alternatives to accommodate us. Great for couples with kids. Bunk beds in second bedroom but we made them work. We are all in our 70’s. It was a good stay! "
