The house was perfect size for the 4 of us. It had a nice beach vibe. The beach was only a block away so access was easy. "

"Check in/out was a breeze, the unit was clean and well stocked with most everything you could need. Downstairs area is amazing for after the beach lounging. Could use a gas grill instead of charcoal. Other than that, 5 minute walk to beach, perfect for couples and we hope to stay again! "

"We had a wonderful stay at Wendi's house. Great location to the beach. Very easy walk. It was nice to have access to the beach cart and chairs so that we had less to pack. The amenities in the home made it a very comfortable stay. We would stay there again."

"Surf Sounds was THE PERFECT house for our stay in Emerald Isle!! My two teenagers appreciated the 2nd bedroom having two full beds, and we all slept well on the mattresses! The house was very clean, the linens were in good shape (and smelled nice!), and the kitchen was well stocked. The house was a perfect location to get to the beach - as close to oceanfront as you can get without paying oceanfront prices! The beach access was mere steps from the house, and Emerald Isle town was a short drive...
