"Wonderful"

"Thank you for letting us stay at your rental home. We found everything that we needed and then some! Your place makes a wonderful family get a way. We enjoyed kayaking and canoeing and searching for the Manatees. They did find us and it was a very wonderful experience. We enjoyed being right on the river. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds are comfy. We had a relaxing time. "

"This place is a prime spot for swimming and kayaking. Plenty of space in this home for up to 8-10 people. I loved the area. Quiet and nature in abundance. If you love the serine pleasure of nature this home is for you. The owner was on point wuth their destruction description. Thank you. W will be back. "

"House was great, perfect access with the boats, plenty of room to park. Only down fall was the beach sand it's a great feature and looks nice, but after a day it's everywhere. Ends up all over the house inside and out you feel like all your doing is walking on sand and constantly wiping your feet off. Other than that the rest of the house was amazing just as listed. "

"This home is warm and cozy! We spent Thanksgiving with family that live locally. Lots of space. Loved the pool, plenty of pool towels and floats. Plenty of bath towels, Shampoo /Conditioner and body wash. Beds are comfy. Neighbors are friendly. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by. Donna host is readily available. Highly recommend! We plan on staying again in the future! "

"The house is very nice and clean. Located on the channel. The area is very quite and just few minutes away from Homosassa State park and about 20 minutes from Crystal River.Everything was very good and communication with the host was amazing. The only issue was the sofa bed that should be replaced, right now it is in almost unusable"

"The pictures were accurate. The house was nice and clean and had enough of everything, towels, blankets, pillow, toiletries, and coffee! If we go back we would stay here again. "

"Overall it was a lovely home. The kitchen garbage can should be replaced as the interior of the lid is rather gross. And the couch in the living room is very uncomfortable. Other than that the place was clean, well air conditioned and the pool was fantastic."

"We enjoyed the amount of room this house had to offer and for the price. You won't find that much space at such a reasonable rate anywhere else. If you are looking for top of the line, all the extras and modern updates this may not be the place for you. We had issues with several of the doors, doorknobs, sink handles and lighting. Either half of the lights did not work or we were not using the right switches. It was never really an issue so I did not contact the owners. I am sure they would have...

"The home was mostly clean, but had issues with baby roaches. Didn't get to use the pool. I have a special needs child and the pool had a slimy feel, the upper edge of the liner was dirty. The bathrooms, though well stocked, were a little misleading. The 2nd bathroom was actually in the garage. The lawn was not cut upon arrival, instead the Guy came while we were there! Good thing we hadn't planned on being outside during that time. Was not very professional at all, and he actually did a...

"This is a great little house very close to the river. Plenty of activities to keep you busy at the house or in the canals and river. We mostly used it for a place to crash and cook a couple of meals while day tripping to springs in the area. "

"We were up against some problems because it was post. Hurricane, but working with Aaron was easy and he did everything in his power to make our joy."

"Foi a pior estadia de nossas vidas, vcs precisam tirar da lista, todos os 6 quartos imundos, com cheiro forte cigarro, ligamos concierge péssimo atendimento e tiveram pessoas da família foram dormir no carro, os hotéis na redondeza devido evento todos lotados, se não tínhamos ido embora, foi uma noite terrível! Descredenciar urgente!"

"Gostei muito do hotel, foi a primeira vez que me hospedei em Lutz. O lugar é muito tranquilo mas tem várias opções de alimentação ao redor, e de quebra, um outlet a 5 min de distância de carro. O hotel aparenta ser recente, assim como tudo ao seu redor. O quarto era amplo e bem decorado, camas confortáveis e bem silencioso. Café da manhã bem diversificado, muito bom. Recebimento de pacotes sem cobrança. Recomendo!"
