"It was a very nice home with a wonderful deck overlooking the Smith river. The kitchen was well stocked and very convenient, and the bedrooms were great. Our only complaint was the furniture in the living room. It was too modern and just not very comfortable."

"First time visiting the Gold Beach area. The location is gorgeous. The house is right on the beach. Easy access to the beach from the house. The house is huge and has a great layout. The hot tub was a big bonus. The only complaints were little ones, such as the fan in bedroom didn’t work, the shower drain clogged, freezer was pretty dirty, otherwise, everything else was perfect. We would absolutely return to this rental in the future."
