"Room clean, staff nice and helpful"

"in room 233 when we walked in it had a smell in it, that was coming from the bathroom. the toilet didn't have water in it. It smelled as if someone had used it and didn't flush. I peed and when i flushed there was no water in the toilet, but once I flushed the water came back. We did spray air freshener which ended up helping. The toilet did look a littler dirty. Other than that everything else was perfect "

"I never post negative reviews but this experience was awful. The room was dirty and had a lingering musty smell. The lights did not work upon entering. The room had dirt throughout. There were hairs on the bed and a stray toilet brush in the elevator. I also didn’t realize there’s a federal prison right behind the hotel. Which did not set well with my small children. I will say this was one of the worst hotel experiences I ever had. The only positive was the front desk staff were very kind....

"We stayed just one night in this hotel and it was fine. The breakfast was good and overall services were ok. I recomend it if you are looking for a hotel close to highways."

"Overall it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast staff couldn’t keep up with the large number of visitors, running out of food and coffee. Coffee dispenser was out of order and they couldn’t keep the lobby coffee station supplied. Also, parking lot entrance into the building was unlocked "

"East parking and secure. Nice room with large fridge, plates, silverware, small stovetop to cook on and dishwasher. Really complete amenities for a hotel room. We were in town for our granddaughters basketball tournament and the staff worked with us to get us in our room a little early so we could get checked in and to the game with time to spare. Much appreciated."

"The room was very clean and spacious. It was an over all good experience. The only thing I noticed was the wall around the water and deck needed cleaned. The room itself and the lobby and hallways all looked very clean. "
