Somethin 2 Talk About ("S2TA")

S2TA is a luxury 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom cabin located in Broken Bow, Ok. The cabin sits on a secluded 1.1 acre lot in Timber Creek Estates. It is fully furnished with everything you will need for a fun getaway. The property also includes a beautiful patio, hot tub, fire pit and game area. Indoor fun includes a shuffleboard table, multiple board games and 65 inch televisions with a Fire TV stick. Streaming services can be accessed via Firestick . The cozy bedrooms have king Casper mattresses, Casper pillows, Casper sheets for a perfect nights sleep. The kitchen is stocked with all the things needed for cooking your favorite dinner. Enjoy wine? We have a 12 bottle wine cooler for your use. Coffee person? We have you covered with a keurig or drip coffee maker.

The place you will want to spend all your time is on the patio. Tuck in to a movie on the 65 inch screen with a fire going and warm, comfy throws. Or wake up in the morning to the sounds of nature and a steaming mug of your favorite coffee or tea. Head down the steps to a beautiful fire pit and 6 comfy chairs. Feeling competitive? We have you covered with a horseshoe pit or cornhole in the shaded game area.
S2TA is located close to Beavers Bend Park and lake, restaurants, breweries and wineries. If you like hiking, boating, bird watching or just hanging in nature this is the perfect location. S2TA is perfect for a girls trip, couples trip or small family getaway.

We’ll talk about it!
Cozy little cabin with all the amenities you’d ever need or want. This little cabin left us wanting not. Clean, modern, and comfy. Our labor day weekend was a little wet however we weren’t disappointed. This little cabin had plenty of outdoor area, that was covered with a huge tv, fireplace, grilling area, and a hot tub. Long story short… We’ll be renting this property again.

The perfect getaway
Stunning cabin with everything we needed. From indoor games to outdoor games and incredible views. It was the perfect place for R&R with something for everyone. We spent alot of time at our cabin and did some hiking and scenic drives which were nice too. We truly enjoyed this cabin! Thank you!!

The home was equipped with everything you’d ever need. It was meticulously clean inside and out. The beds were super comfortable and Tammy was a fantastic host. The location is great and close to shopping, restaurants, wineries and breweries. We will return!

Beautiful cabin
The cabin is beautiful and clean. Back porch was great to sit out and relax. Hochatown was pretty busy and the street out front had alot of traffic, but you can't hear it if you're inside. Tammy is a great host and we had a great week.

Spring Break Getaway
We stayed two nights for a quick getaway with our 2 children ages 4 and 6. The host was very responsive to questions, our cabin was very clean, and our kids loved the hot tub and shuffleboard table. We enjoyed our stay.

PERFECT cabin for our family getaway
We could not have asked for a more perfect cabin for our family of 4. The owners went out of their way to make sure the house was stocked with everything you need- and more! If you want to cook, the kitchen is equipped with all the bells and whistles! There’s plenty of indoor & outdoor drink-ware of all types, s’mores skewers, pots/pans- you name it, it’s there! We absolutely loved the outdoor space! We spent a lot of time in the hot tub, around the fire pit, playing horseshoes, and just hanging on the patio enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. It did rain while we were there, but not to worry- there were plenty of things to occupy us inside the house. The shuffleboard table was a bit hit for the whole family! We spent hours playing! The cabin was also stocked with a wide variety of games and puzzles. The living room was so inviting to lounge around together. The couches were big and comfy and the throw blankets were THE BEST EVER (I’m buying some for myself)! The location of the cabin was perfect- a quick drive to all the things in Hochatown. We also walked about 1/2 mile down the road to the new candy store- the kids loved that! This was the best cabin we could ask for and would definitely come back to it in a heartbeat! The owner was great at communicating and always returned messages promptly, even while they were on a trip overseas. I highly recommend Somethin 2 Talk About!

Could Have Been Great
The house decor and furnishings and supplies were very good! We did find dirty underwear in one bedroom. We never were able to get the outside fireplace to work. And the inside fireplace worked until the last evening! These are things that can be fixed! Then it will be a GREAT place!

Perfect GNO getaway
This house has everything that we didn’t know that we needed! The kitchen was perfect for making gourmet meals and had every dish and cooking utensil required. A perfect floor plan with gorgeous open feel and extra large windows allows us to feel like we were outside in the woods. The patio was perfect for watching movies and doing yoga. We will come again just as soon as we possibly can. Thank you, Tammy!! Your “wellness cabin”, as we called it, was just what we needed to rejuvenate and connect together as friends.

Such a beautiful cabin and the owners thought of absolutely everything! Super comfy beds, lots of pillows and throw blankets, tons of kitchen tools, anything you could possibly need! The back porch and hot tub were our favorite! It was the most relaxing girls’ weekend. Will definitely be back!

The most relaxing weekend
We never left the property until it was time for us to check out! We had everything we needed there and just relaxed the whole time. Even when it stormed the huge windows were nice cause we could watch it on the couch next to the fire place 10/10 recommend and can’t wait to come back again! Hocha fun weekend!

Best cabin we’ve stayed at
This cabin had it all and Tammy thought of everything- plenty of throw blankets, mini bar area, the shuffleboard table was in excellent shape, the tv’s had everything, jacuzzi was super clean and maintained, the deck and entrance was swept. She was super easy to get ahold of and friendly, with an app that explained everything. The labels on light switches was helpful. The place was super clean! This is the place to go, we never wanted to leave to do anything!
