Mountainside Escape is a modern, cozy cabin nestled in the Ouachita National Forest. Fostering 2 king-sized bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, indoor and outdoor living, and an expansive back deck, come prepared to settle in and want to stay! Large windows let in natural light and bring the outside in. Relax under the stars with the warm glow of the fire pit or soak in the hot tub on the extended deck, high in the trees. Less than a mile off the main road and minutes from Hochatown, there's plenty to do in or out of the cabin. The covered oversized entertainment deck boasts lovely views, has an outdoor fireplace, dining table and conversational seating. This cabin is ready to provide a comfy place to lay your head after an adventure or to serve as your respite getaway.

Welcome to Mountainside Escape - You won't want to leave, and you won't have to! If we left something out or you have a question we haven't addressed, please feel free to contact us with any questions and we will personally respond promptly.

Bug spray and sunscreen recommended. We provide a fully equipped kitchen (starter set of pots/pans, plates & cutlery, drinking glasses, cooking utensils, coffee maker (k-cups/cream), standard appliances, salt/pepper/cooking oil, paper towels, note will NOT have foil) so be sure to pack your favorite foods/drinks. All bathroom toiletries are provided including bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper. Linens and bedding, plus laundry soap (for washer/dryer) are included at each. Grills are hardwired with propane, and firewood is provided at this cabin.
**Additional supplies can be purchased at local supermarkets. Our cabins are for short term rental use only therefore, if an item is not listed above, please assume it is not provided.

FYI: There are security cameras at the front & back porch of cabin. No streaming services are provided at the cabins, you will have to use your own account.
