Fantastic NYE stay
We had a large group of 6 adults and 11 kids (2-13). This cabin was a great fit for us with plenty of space. The kids having their own level was wonderful and they really enjoyed the foosball table and arcade console. Communication with the host was very good; she even arranged to have firewood delivered for us. The only critique would be that the kitchen was not quite as well stocked as some other VRBO homes. Little things were missing like salt and pepper, a mixing bowl and lighter to get the fire started. But these are very minor. The cabin is amazing and we would gladly stay again.

Wonderful Experience with Outstanding Support
We had an incredible stay at this beautiful cabin in Broken Bow! The setting was perfect, and the cabin itself was clean, cozy, and just as described. Our host, Jennifer, went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. When we encountered a minor wasp issue, she addressed it quickly and effectively, putting our minds at ease. Jennifer was always just a message away, answering any questions we had almost instantly. Her dedication to making sure everything went smoothly truly made our stay exceptional. Highly recommend this cabin – we’ll definitely be back!

Idyllic stay
Everything about this stay was top notch! The property was gorgeous, beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped for a large group stay. The communication with the owner was also fantastic. Highly recommend!

Family reunion in Broken Bow
The house was excellent we love the way it was laid out my stepdad that went with me is 90 years old. He could get around just fine and the kids love the game area downstairs overall stay we had an excellent time.

Amazing Home
My family and I stayed for an extended weekend. The kids absolutely loved the fire pit. The adults enjoyed all the kids having their own level with bunk beds, a game room and their own porch. All the rooms were very nice and the property was sucluded and quiet. We enjoyed it very much.

Church youth retreat

Youth Group Trip
I took a group of girls up to Broken Bow for a church youth adventure trip. The cabin was perfect for our needs. We had 3 leaders and about 11 girls. They loved the bunk room, games, and hot tub especially. We had plenty of space to gather, clean up, and relax. I would recommend this property. No neighbors yet! We walked the roads of the neighborhood 2 mornings and that was nice as well. Jennifer was very easy to communicate with and there was nothing about the rental I didn't like. I would stay here again.

Beautiful home
Beautiful home in a cozy quiet neighborhood! We LOVED the bedroom layouts and the bunk room was perfect for all the kiddos!! My only request is maybe adding an exterior light near the bottom stairs so when using the fire pit at night people can see better getting up and down the lower exterior stairs!

Family Fun !
This was a Christmas gift for my family. I wanted to provide a getaway that was low impact and relaxing. Boy did this place fulfill my plans !!! Thus was our 5th visit in the past 2 years and I would easily say the best. Accommodations were above what we expected. I have used VRBO in Broken Bow 3 times, San Francisco, New York, Orlando, Nashville, Hot Springs and about a half dozen other locations and I've never had the communication from the agent or a more carefree checkout than I had this stay. Jennifer was absolutely great and marketed the venue expertly. There were no questions left unanswered. I plan on using her again if the chance comes available. She made "vacation" just that, a "vacation".

Beautiful house just outside of Hochatown
We really enjoyed the stay. The house and area were nice and spacious. All rooms and common spaces were decorated nicely. The kitchen was stocked with all items we needed. Plenty of towels for each bathroom.The property manager was terrific and easy to communicate with. Unfortunately, the area in the back around the fire pit was not ideal for our youngest. It's a pretty steep slope, and surrounded by thorny growth. Also, Hwy 259 is rather close, and we are at the top of a hill. The diesel truck traffic is completely out of control of the host, but is definitely something you have to listen to at all hours.

Amazing Cabin with a Great View
This house is amazing inside and out. Best part is the natural light and view. Owners responded quickly to questions. Just know the location on VRBO is incorrect and the cabin is about 8 miles North of Hochatown. However, don’t let the distance deter you as the views and cabin make up for the little longer drive.

Annual Family Retreat
For thirty years, our family has been fortunate to enjoy an annual multi-day retreat. Finding a suitable property, and one which will comfortably accommodate a twenty member family group is not always easy. This year we hit the proverbial home run when we selected La Buena Vida by Memory Maker Vacation Rentals. This beautiful home is located in Hocthatown, which is just north of Broken Bow, Oklahoma. It is within easy driving distance of a plethora of restaurants, gas stations convenience stores, and entertainment. A large, although not a Super Walmart is maybe 10-miles south. We found the property to be exactly as advertised. The home is in new condition, spotlessly clean and all systems including HVAC, all appliances, two gas fireplaces, gas grill, and a number of indoor and outdoor televisions, all performed flawlessly. Our family especially enjoyed the outside fire pit with its ten or so chairs for relaxing evenings around the fire. Firewood is not supplied however it is available at several nearby locations. We just cant say enough good things about this property, and most notably our hosts. Their communications prior to arrival, hospitality and attention to details (well stocked "coffee bar"), and most of all, caring attitude was so appreciated. Jennifer provided very clear directions, door codes, and a ton of local information well in advance of our arrival. Thank you so much for a great stay!!!!

Very clean, easy check in!! This place is so much better than the pictures, it is very cozy and welcoming. There was a lot to do and it is close to Main Street and close to town.

I've been staying in the traditional cabins in Broken Bow for years and this house is beautiful, really beautiful - nicest I have ever stayed in. Everything was explained easily and property is 100% as listed and shown - I had a great Fathers Day with my son's... Thank you so much for having us
