@huntervalleycountryescapes Maranda Country Estate is a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom Australian Colonial property with traditional Bullnose Verandah to the front and rear, and provides private comfortable accommodation for 8 to 16 guests, and welcomes pets. Maranda Country House is set on three private acres and boasts a refreshing pool and a private screened four-person outdoor hot tub with beautiful countryside views.The accommodation comprises of five bedrooms; two queen and three king bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms are in the main house with two bathrooms, and the other bedrooms are made up of two self-contained studios adjacent to the main house.
The Garden Studio One has a king bed and double sofa bed (sleeps 3-4), a full bathroom, TV, tea and coffee making facilities plus reverse cycle air-conditioning. The Garden Studio Two has a king bed (or two king singles) and a queen size hotel quality sofa bed, separate toilet, reverse cycle air conditioning, a small kitchenette plus large LED TV.
Maranda Country Estate has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining room, two separate outside entertainment areas (one with BBQ), all with views over the hills and ranges. Designed for group enjoyment, the property has a huge 50inch TV in the main lounge room and a further three TVs in the bedrooms, Chromecast TV, free NBN WiFi, book library, sporting equipment such as cricket, Petanque, Finska and board games. With reverse cycle air-conditioning, separate heating in all bedrooms, ceiling fans and a wood burning fire - it is the perfect retreat all year around. You can kick back with your favourite wine and enjoy the ambience.
Maranda Country Estate is located minutes from cellar doors and restaurants; including Krinklewood, Winmark, Margan, Talits, Kawal Rock Distillery and plenty more. For a more laid back approach, Mount Broke Winery offers wood-fired pizzas on Friday nights and Magoonys Coffee House is open Thursday - Sunday for delicious coffee and light meals. Visit River Flats for olives, and the Broke General Store is just minutes away for all those last minute food drink supplies.
Please note that this property IS pet friendly; we permit a maximum of 2 dogs at the property at any one time. A $30 per pet fee is applicable for all bookings that include pets.

TARIFF
Please note that a $50 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.Please note if Sunday or Public Holiday check-in, an additional $317 cleaning charge will be applied to your booking.
SECURITY DEPOSITA security deposit/bond of $1000.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.
LONGER STAYSPlease contact us for a customised quote for longer stays of 3 nights and over.
NOTESA 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.
Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.
Please note, Maranda Country Estate has exterior security cameras to monitor the exterior of the home only for the protection of the property. Security cameras are commonplace at many of our rural properties. Footage is private and remains the property of the owner, and will only be used for insurance liability reasons, to monitor occupancy and other policies noted in our Terms Conditions. They, in no way, are there to infringe upon the expectation of privacy of guests in these exterior areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in loss of security deposit or eviction.
