"The flat was lovely and roomy and the location was great. Loved the sea view. Just a couple of problems that stopped us giving full marks. The fridge had been left turned up high and had frozen over. In order to not have our food freeze we had to turn it down. It defrosted and we spent some time cleaning up the water. "Our suite had amazing views and plenty of space for us to relax in. Check in/out was simple and reception staff were helpful and friendly. The lounge area did have damp in it, which i think is being tackled by a heating unit. We wouldve appreciated cutlery besides teaspoons, tools to wash up (plates, bowls, microwave provided and room adverised as having a kitchenette). The main bedroom didnt have a radiator, when we asked staff they advised the heater in the lounge should address the lounge...

"This was an ideal hotel to stay , as we came along way nearly 6 hours, this was right off the main road and plenty spaces to par, the hotel has some lovely history and from the outside it has a oldy worldy feel, but a modern twist it had everything we needed, towels daily, water hot and clean bedding, had a huge bed and room, the service was very good and polite staff in all areas, accomadating also fresh milk everyday, 3 days was not enough, but we came to go to family gathering.
