Good location near central station, but beware if you have luggage because is up a hill. Good shower, polite staff.
But Honestly, the hotel cleaning crew needs to go through some recycling course asap. I never stayed in a Mantra hotel so filthy. The first room they gave me (310) had a chair in off white color so full of different spots that made you think twice about putting your stuff down or going barefoot on the gray carpet. Since the safe wasn't working the staff changed my room to 101. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! There was some suspicious spots through the bathroom wall that I don't want to think what it was. There was a huge spider and a lot of cobweb that showed that the room wasn't proper cleaned for weeks. I dont know if they have pest control but there was a lot of ants, including a few in bed. The ceiling is texturized and you could see the dust there. Also the only empty shelf (over the bar) was a finger deep in dust. It was DISGUSTING, and i barely took my stuff from the lugagge. In the morning i talked to the staff who apologized, including a written note with wine and chocolate, it was a nice gesture, but it would have been nicer if when i arrived back the spider and cobwebs and ants weren't there, but they were stillnon the same places. By the way, you don't need to enter a room to see that cleaning is non existent. Just look to the ceiling when entering the elevator. I was never happier to check out from a hotel and would never stay there again. EVER.
