"This was our 1st time booking an apartment and overall it was a good experience. The apartment is very secure with keypads on both the front door and the apartment door. The apartment itself is very spacious and well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need, good fridge freezer, good oven and hob, dish washer and the counter electricals like kettle and toaster.Bathroom with bath and shower is very nice and the bedroom has a very comfortable bed and lots of storage. I would rate it good...

"We loved the house for it's space and location. It's really well equipped with very comfortable beds. Plenty of room for three families with teenagers. The games room and hot tub were thoroughly enjoyed! Huge kitchen to socialise and cook easily in. Cosy lounge for chilling out. Lovely to have dog bed, bowls, treats etc provided. We enjoyed being able to stroll around Matlock. It was perfect, and we hope to return! "

"Liked privacy, quiet, clean, list of places to eat, Nigel was very helpful with our difficult overseas payment. Being from rural area it was difficult understanding security but destails were very good, just our lack of ability. I did get locked in bathroom at 3 a.m. as when I tried to get out as the lock fell out of the door handle.
